why they insist that OnePlus include expandable memory, if versions of 64,128 and 256Gb come, from 128Gb are more than enough, do not believe it? Waterproof, Am I in a pool at all times? Never! They ask for a stereo speaker, I don't usually listen to my music without headphones and without U we will attend it well, connect it to a sound system and upload all the volume that you want, don't you think? 🤷🏻‍♂️

They just updated sound quality on the 1+6 a few days ago, and it's louder and crisper now. Definitely sounds much better than when I bought it 2 weeks ago, but I agree with you. If I wanna listen to music, I use earphones. If I'm watching Google, audio isn't the most important thing on Earth. The speaker is more than good enough for watching Pewdiepie do stupid stuff.

What I love: the Design, the screen, the notch I don't mind, the battery life, the dash charging! The price ok What I'm having trouble with: back camera focus issues, beauty mode still on when I turn it off. No issue with no wireless charging. Speaker meh don't really mind I'm more of a earphone guy.

I got the OnePlus 6 and the galaxy s9 plus. The oneplus 6 on oxygen 5.1.7 scores 289000 on antutu. The s9 plus scores 265000 but still kills the OnePlus 6 on quality. But the OnePlus 6 is so much more fun to use. Also u can unlock the bootloader and root it right out of the box

Oneplus6 would be just perfect for me because I don't find wireless charging THAT important, oneplus6 still has dash charging. I have a Sony xperia m5 wich also has only one speaker, but the sound quality is very good, so I'm not worrying about the fact that the oneplus6 doesn't have stereo speakers. And lastly, I wouldn't really need an SD-card to expand the storage, because the 256GB souds like A LOT of storage to me. And I would do just fine with the 128GB as well. :) So basically those "worse" features won't stop me from buying the oneplus6. It's still an awesome phone!

I like absolutely every thing about this phone except: 1. They left the testing software on it (dial *#800# through *#808#) which is a security risk 2. After using the "Network Connections" app I could see that the OnePlusSystemService and OnePlusLogKit are sending data to some AWS servers. And I disabled the logging on this phone. Looks like they don't care. (just to remind you that oneplus was caught in November 2017, sending not just logs but also personal information and phone numbers to their servers) 3. The screen protector that came with the phone was not sticking properly on the upper edges.... 4. The front camera is just a mess... try to do a selfie holding the phone horizontally. Half your face will be bigger than the other half, unless you hold the phone so your face will be in the very center. 5. The new glass screen protector ordered fro their website cuts about 5pixels around the screen. That sucks big time. Other than that the phone is not bad. Just need to get rid of some of the apps... will try to sniff the packets and see what oneplus gets from my phone as "logs".

I like many of the features and that "annoying" blue button is exactly what I had wished for to see which apps I don't actually use. Hey Android Police, I just got a Oneplus 6 and ever since I did my update IG videos would start off clear but then go blurry after 2secs into it. Have you experienced this at all or have you heard any similar complaints? Do you know any possible solutions for this at all? I've tried reaching out in the Oneplus community app but pple keep annoyingly saying it's my internet connection but I don't think that's the case. I would love your opinion on this please!

For me, the biggest con of oneplus 6 is the second rear camera, which is just used for the portrait mode , which is useless for me, if a second camera is given then it must have some specific uses such as telephoto lens like the iphone 7 plus. Rest of the things are good in oneplus 6 and I don't really care if it has wireless charging or not, it is ip67/68 certified or not because I'm not gonna take it swimming.

If you want the Google feed instead of the widgets and recently used apps and contacts... have you tried adding to "Feed" widget from the Google app to the Shelf? Expand the widget card as far as possible then move it all the way to the top of the Shelf.

It's going to be a bit of a learning curve, there are some specific things you'll be missing from iPhones and iOS. You'll get a lot of features which you'll think should have been on an iPhone as a no-brainer and a lot of things are going to be a lot better than before. But mostly you're still getting a very decent phone and you'll be happy. And you'll have a lot of money left over too. You've also probably been "courageous" already when Apple ditched the 3.5mm headphone jack, so that won't be as much of a downer for you either =) iPhones are very good and Android phones are really good. Both have their negatives and positives. Give it a shot and if you don't like it. You can just switch back to Apple. To each their own, some convert and never look back. Some don't.... to each their own.

I agreed with the point you mentioned, they sud have added the feature to increase the row/icon no from the launcher setting, also for the blue dot, i have faced another issue, if you install a new app & open it from the play store, later when you open the app drawer, you can see the blue dot, which supposes to be gone. :)
