Andy Anderson & Bones Bearings goes to Zumiez 100k party in Keystone, Colorado, 2023. Most of the video is Andy killing it on the ramp though, cuz he's fun to watch. I was also super stoked that Man Ramp is there.
Every year Zumiez throws a party to honor the top 1,200 employees. This started years ago when the owner would take the top 6 employees to dinner and it just grew from there.
Bones Reds takes Andy Anderson to Zumiez 100 K - probably one of the most fun parties to attend.

Andy is Bones Brigade, if there was one guy after 1989 that deserves to be it's him. Make Bones Brigade it's own brand. Andy, Bucky, Cab, McGill, Harris and the re-issues. PP could focus on building guys up to legend status, Andy is already there.

I once had a Zumiez store manager tell me their goal was to shut down all shops in the area. That was it for me. I don’t know if they’ve since changed their goals, but still I’d much rather support the mom/pop shops.

Andy is an will always been known as one of the best to ever step on a board. he is young but already a legend known by all Skaters, dude is insanely talented i even remember him when he was a lil kid and already back then i said that is one crazy good skater. and then all of the sudden i saw him everywhere and his skill level was up by 10.000 times i was in awe over him and still am.

Zumiez just had a good business model that they could expand. You have to think at one point in time they were locals too Edit: I’d like to mention some fly overstates have no opportunity. Sometimes it’s Zumiez or a vans store in the mall.

Their business model depends on the fact that throwing these parties and giving away a car is cheaper than paying their employees a fair wage. What this event translates to in the real world is management at zumiez regularly running the register, and putting in sales under their number/login info, thus stealing your commissions on sales, which is both money off your check, and ruins your sales numbers so that they can get paid more, get raises based on your hard work, and then go to these events. It's actually a very cancerous tactic, and doesn't help 80% or more of the employee base. FUCK ZUMIEZ, support your local shop. - Sincerely, someone who was scammed for 6 months by corporate memes and managerial greed.

Think Andy is awesome and gnarly skater but, gonna keep it a buck and say past 6 months it feels like I stay seeing Andy do same tricks. Sure every skater has a bag of tricks but, idk if he wants to next level he needs to stop skating all for funs and try getting more buck. Like enough of the smith stalls and sit there squat for 30 seconds and do an impossible smith stall or buck disaster smith stall. one thing i can't stand about Andy anderson is his stupid lip tricks. do a boardslide, a 5-0 or whatever, but only do one slide/grind per wall.
