Usually when a band changes and I lose interest it just means the band is growing in a different direction than I am, but the band owes me nothing, and it just means I need to find something that resonates with me at that time in my life. Ups and downs, good times and bad, we’re going to be drawn to a particular sound from a particular genre. The only way you’ll ever find a band that follows you as you change is gonna be if you produce your own music.
