@@jedidogma ok well let me respond to your inquiry! First though, would you be so kind to help me with my own confusion brought by your comment..?? ...What do you mean by race? ...Can you define this for me? ... let me quote myself... "im black btw" black is a color...and in this context it is automatically known to be socially defined as one having more melanined skin. So... Define the word you used aa "race" in which you claim that i used..and then tell me if in fact you are saying that "black" is a race..which i guess will make sence once i know your deffinition of "race" is :) Gracias (:
@jedidogma
@jedidogma 5 жыл бұрын
No such thing as race. Survey says: context matters. Referring to oneself by color in this context means you are connecting color with a certain creed of people, as is common for shorthand heuristics and human psychology. There are two sub-races, male and female, of one race, homo sapien the conscious Sapien species. I'm sort of equating race to species here because to me they are basically the same. What you replied with was an awful 'gotcha' moment. In this context, you are obviously referring to your race. Either way, you had no reason to publicly state your creed besides making your own comment seem more credible somehow? Or is it like saying, "I'm not white, so my opinion matters"? Is that what you're saying? Anyways, I'm uninterested in having a conversation with someone that is this logically impotent and emotionally immature that he cannot understand what I mean by race, and obvious shorthand for culture. Culture is real, race, is not. And survey says: Bingo! If you're racist, then race matters a lot to you. I don't care about the color of your skin, I care about your actions, behavior and integrity as a group culture and as an individual. That is what I live by. Satisfied? Okay, awesome, have a nice day, Mr. "im black btw". Is that Dr. "im black btw" or just Mister? @@Duel-too-the-Death Oh, yeah, de nada brotha!

@@jedidogma So you start with saying there is no such thing as race. > Agreed < that was my point... then you said context matters.. > Agreed < and ill circle back to that. but then you go off onto a tangent, and bring back race but as a subrace being male and female...?? (Gender) ... and then say well to you species amd race are the same thing... > Well no.. Species is Species...and you just said there is no such thing as race... so why would you then say race is the same as species..? whaaaat...... Then you go back and say that I was refering to my race... >But uh ... no... what are you talling about? thats the whole point < [COMING BACK TO CONTEXT] ...THE >> CONTEXT
@jedidogma
@jedidogma 5 жыл бұрын
No, you're just being flippant. This is as science defined it. Because males and females have different physiology and genetics. We are literally different species of the HUMAN RACE. And that's how I am using the word race, so, if I was you, I'd slow my roll and realize how embarrassing this blunder is, to go in gungho using big words and involving science and then not understanding the difference between male and female, funny really. But I'll guess you will just come up with another rationalization to back your claims and salvage what ego you can from this. In your heart, you are the one in the right, so why does it matter what I say? Goodbye man.@@Duel-too-the-Death

It's really inspirational for standups to see a guy with such good material in front of a bad crowd. Goes to show that bad crowds can strike for even the most talented comedian.
