The resolution album is my favorite album of all time. I listen to it weekly and it just speaks to me in ways I can’t describe. The tone, phrasing, songwriting, perfect. It can make u cry or make you want to run through a brick wall depending on the track. It’s just perfect man. Thank you

The AT300 is one of the most unknown, best sounding signature guitar! it was the second attempt by Andy and Ibanez to create a signature AT. They started from a mahogany body, added a rosewood fingerboard on that incredible comfortable AT neck, and to make it look better, put Fleur de Lys inlays on the AT300. There was a less expensive version, the AT200, without the Fleur de Lys inlays, with a Gotoh bridge instead of the Wilkinson. Tonally identical to the AT300. I own both the AT100SB and the AT300, and the tonal palette of both guitars complete each other perfectly. For some obscure reason, the AT300/200 were not commercial successes, and it is possible that Ibanez only did one single manufacturing run. Today, the guitar remains very confidential, and those players who ever had the opportunity to play one, or purchased on either regret not purchasing, or selling... I have seen some appearing on the usual sites every now and then. If you are a fan of "darker, less bright" tones, the AT300/200 is mesmerizing!

@@Yngsatchvai Andy's personal look better than mine. I believe his comes out of a single piece body. Mine comes from two pieces, and not well matched. It does not change the tone, but I never liked the look of the one in my possession.

This one always blows my mind. I never ever in my life thought I was a good guitarist. I've always believed that I'm much better at writing than music, but sometimes I have some friends that are also musicians that say "Dude, that was amazing" and it makes me feel uncomfortable because I know what I did and it was nothing special. I have a library of riffs in my head and I could write them down and number them and I'm just doing that in a different order, it's kind of like a trick but those watching don't know that. Maybe one day I'll be good enough to just play one tune on stage with Andy, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed.

Oh man the 1st time I heard this after I bought Resolution I just could not believe it. First of all how good the entire album was the tone of the entire album. The Integrity of the entire album The continuity of the entire album and this song fits perfectly next to one of my other favorite songs on the record "Lydia" What's so incredible about Andy's tone is the percussiveness in his picking while it's clean it maintains searing screaming sound clear nice mid-range tone but has the percussiveness and the right muting balance of bass and mid and treble all at the same time. And I'm pretty sure he recorded most of the album on that guitar as well.. Superb job Andy !loved it so much. I can't wait to hear you do "Beware dark days"

If you want to get that good, you have to LIVE music 24/7.... And then practice a helluva lot....
@p6x24 жыл бұрын
@@LostMyMojo100 Practice alone does not make you that... sure, you become a great guitar player, but Andy has something else: talent, creativity, musicality. All the songs he composes are meaningful, subtle, tonally charged. Listen to all his ballads, and just identify with the music... it is like a journey to heaven!!

Since it is not available on the guitarxperience Is there a chance to purchase this backing track with Mike Daane and Mitch Marine? i believe having official backing tracks available on official store or/and guitarxperience is not a bad idea finnacialy. I personaly will by them all once available.

Hi Sergey; this is something I asked Andy personally sometimes ago. His answer, at the time was there were copyright issues. The "Cry for you" backing track is available somewhere on KZbin...
@korob200804 жыл бұрын
@@p6x2 Thx, man. I have purchased Cry for you on Amazon for like 5 bucks and it`s super awesome, completely different experience when you play along with the official track, the one which Andy plays on the masterclasses. have some backing tracks from Andy`s video lessons - they are perfect to practice certain lick but not the whole song unfortunately. I believe today guitar players can earn more selling tabs, backing tracks, axefx presets, etc then the music itself. hope one day ATB will solve this copyright issue and we`ll be able to spend few bucks
