So true! It's too commercial. Andy (in my opinion) made you think of what it is really about. Home, family and of course Christ's birth. Because of the sheer warmth of his voice. My favorite religious Xmas song of his is, "Ave Maria.". Honestly, they just dont make them like him anymore. At least we have his recordings to enjoy and cherish for many Christmases to come. When we went to bed Christmas Eve, she would ring bells and my brother and I thought it was Santa’s Reindeer and would pretend we were asleep. (Definitely the same charts) I think it's all really live with a lot of the same personnel (band and backing singers)--very possible if this was from around the time the album was recorded.
