hi andy looks good and keep on growing , i am 44 years old and my hair is growing from the end of july 2012 until right now so for 3 years now my length is halfway my back and i decided to Never cut it , i want to have the length to my belt , so i should reach that stage in about 3 years i saved $550 because i never went to the barber the last three years and it grows amazingly fast , i cut the dead ends myself , but i always wear it in a bun so my hear has almost no dead ends stay healthy and strong cheers from the Netherlands

You have supreme hair genetics, that's a crazy amount of length for one year it would often take people maybe an extra five maybe six month's after a year to achieve that hair length, great video liked and subscribed :)

Blake Holroyd maybe I should explain the vitamins I have been using from the start of this, I googled "how to make hair grow faster" and i came up with some vitamins to use (stay away from shampoos like Fast, which f you read reviews said it made peoples hair turn to straw) I used biotin, vitamin B, zinc, calcium, fish oil, I've just started using Silica as I read this is what makes children's hair so glossy and luxurious, and apparently we stop producing it after age 20). If all those didn't make it grow faster, they have certainly improved the quality of my hair so I'm going to continue using them.

+rick92rr the first time I cut them, the back was not very long so I cut them so the back could catch up, the second time, the bangs would have made my chin when the back was still only moderately long, so I took about 3 months off in length off them.

It gets switched from time to time, depending on the length it seems to work better one way when short and another when long. Also switching it up when you have fine hair makes it more voluminous.

How did you get your hair to look so shiny, also how often did you wash it?

+Assistant Aleks I was usually every 2 days, or 3 if I am not doing anything in particular on the day I would have washed it. as for the shine I am not sure, I take a few vitamins said to be good for hair, i was taking vitamin B and biotin during this video but I've stopped as they give me spots. I now use Silica, Vitamin C mainly.
