I have a D1, for the most part of 12 months ownership, it’s been a great bike, lightweight, legal…ish, great fun with them tiny wheels and Colchester’s roads lol, does me well for 20 miles but cut that to ten in low temps as battery doesn’t like the cold, but it’s so small you can throw this thing anywhere, bang for buck…worth considering

Hi Andy, you know the drill brother. 48v shark battery mounted to the top tube and change the controller and you can ride it all day at 30 mph. You are a big boy on that little bike but all good. Ride safe and often and always, thanks for the content. PS. you need your shop with welding capability so you can hack up some of these bike, hotrod them and turn them into proper fun machines. Peace bro from across the pond.

Thanks for sharing !! Great if you could do a review of the new 2023 Fiido L3 with a crazy 1113.6Wh (48V , 23.2Ah battery) The USA version comes with odometer and the ability to turn off the speed limiter, to get the 'real' top speed of 21mph as shown by ElektroTV in "Fiido L3 Speed Unlock (2023) Guide". I'm in doubt whether to buy the new 2023 USA version and import it to the UK, or to buy the restricted version in the UK and change the controller and display.
