One of the things I love about your project videos is that I can never predict ahead of time what you are imagining for a piece! They're always surprising. As an artist/crafter myself, it really makes me admire your imagination... that you can look at the starting piece & see the finished project AND how to get there. Bravo!

The epoxy is nice, but for me it's the wood that really makes this piece ... what an absolutely stunning piece of wood and I love that you kept the bark on ... another masterpiece 👍

Beautiful marriage of shape and colour. The whole thing looks almost Japanese in its elegant simplicity and the classic shape. I loved the glimpses of blue inside.

The bark edge is exquisite. Close up it looks like rocks at a lakeside with the water dropping off to depth in the resin. Gorgeous!

If someone had said - before I was introduced to your channel - that wood and dyed epoxy would look beautiful together, I'd have thought them crazy, or even "tasteless". And I would have been 100% in the wrong. The way that gorgeous green swirls and shines next to the beautiful wood is amazing, the colours blend together with a "sympathy" for each other, if that makes any sense. On paper it shouldn't work! In reality, it works perfectly. Yet again, maestro, you have created a stunning piece of art.

Bellísima madera, con una gama de colores y vetas muy hermosas. La forma y el color de la resina acompañan muy bien esa belleza, aunque es una lástima que la forma complicada del trozo exija tanto material de relleno. Felicitaciones por el trabajo!
