The thing I have to add is that there's quite a simple fix - dividing the final scores of each album with the number of tracks of the album. With that in mind, an album ranking that closer reflects the actual placements in the video is as follows, based on the point/track number ratio: 1. KSG (3.0) 2. MBDTF (2.84) 3. Graduation (2.14) 4. I hated Jesus Is King when I first listened to it. I kept disliking it for subsequent listens but then I stopped listening to it because, well, I did not like it. Now, after a long time without listening to it, I relistened and then... I realized I like every song in it. Like, it's actually a good album. I think Donda and Donda 2 were so bad for me that it made Jesus Is King sound fucking great in comparison. By distributing points relatively equally from -5 to 5 you're limiting the number of 5s or -5s you can give. For many people it's an objective decision where you love or hate a song. If I go through a Kanye album there will be a couple songs I will never listen to and the rest I love equally. I could give 40 songs 10/10 and not be able to pick between them. But this system kind of forces you to give 20 10/10 and 20 9/10. Similarly why should some songs get a -3 and some songs get a -5 if they're both that bad that I don't want to listen to it ever. Obviously it's all just a bit of fun and I enjoyed the video regardless but that was an issue I saw with the rating system that people don't seem to be talking about.

Wow. So many insanely good songs were ranked so low. I guess when I listen to a song though, I consider the lyrics, beat (beat switches too), challenges to political and social norms, and soul. For example, Never Let You Down is one of my top Kanye songs along with Diamonds from Sierra Leone (Remix), Addiction, Jesus Walks, Gorgeous, etc.

We Major (Arguably Kanye's most underrated song, that Nas feature is too good, also the production is some of Kanye's best) 5.
