In my ignorance I believe the Malvern Hills are classed as common land so there are certain rights available to the local populace, which means that the private bill with reduce the rights of the " commoners"

Walk my 2 basset hounds on the Malvern hills a few times a year. I guess I'm about 20 miles from there. 😮

I had to leave Britain and live in Europe before brexit .. when freeedom of movement was allowed. I still love my country, belong there, totally British through and through .. but the petition is through 38 degrees who only permit signing from a UK postcode. This way you all lose a lot of petition votes !
