Thank you for sharing, Sabrina. My mother shared a similar list with me when I was in my early 20's but I wasn't ready to receive the message. Now in my 30's I finally get it.

It took me a kind of long time to realize if the date ignore me, just don't overthink, instead, stay happy and enjoy my own life. I also assume a sound relationship will grow slowly, as we are no longer purely driven by hormone like teenagers.

Thank you especially for the last point! I think a lot of women, myself included get confused about all of this dating advice around on the internet about how to act, what you probably did wrong etc. But I also believe that if a guy truly likes you, you'd have to do something absolutely horrible or obnoxious to turn him off. But he won't be turned off by small stuff or by you just being affectionate. I'm also the type who beats myself up and I wonder what I did wrong.

This was much needed. I attract unavailable and toxic men. I over think and often wonder why no one wants to commit to me. I sometimes feel like guys lose interest or they’re never really into me

The 7th point is so relatable, they say “you attract what you are” and that speaks volume!

This entire talk is golden. It applies to people in general. I have learned- and stopped doing them. Thanks for your time.

I am 56 and just out of a very lonely 27 years with a narcissistic partner. I have been dating a guy for 5 weeks and we have been getting on famously, really really well. However he has suggested that I have acted recently like a “bunny boiler “ and want to put a label on our relationship and plan things into the future when we have just started dating. He has repeatedly told me to take things slower, one day at a time, be more organic but I haven’t listened and he has started to pull away. I have just bought and read your book in one night and have learnt so much. I’ve asked him for a second chance to show that I have dug deep and come to some realizations, so do you think he will be open to this? Ive tried to make my communications with him very positive in the past few days and have admitted my role and my poor behaviour in the recent interactions.

I know this channel is about relationships but I love when you talk about life in general. It has been helping me so much in such different areas of my life! Thank you so much! I have a request: if it is possible to talk a little bit slower. Not because you talking fast is annoying but because english is not my mother tongue and sometimes is hard to follow what you are saying. Again: thank you so much for the advices!😘

Thanks so much! You can slow the playback speed on youtube, but I do always try to speak more slowly.

Eternal 21? If you ever switch careers to being a secret agent, you should totally go by the codename Blackjack. For #3 there's also a concept that relates to it. Can't recall the exact name. But the idea is that by doing stuff for someone, you can attempt to make them feel obligated, almost contracted to do something in return later. No one wants to be enslaved like that. All the points were very good.

You know, what should women do, be cold britches - that isn't good either. Have conversation with the guy at the beginning - what are you looking for, etc., so you can manage expectations!
