Very informative, thanks. So would you consider the foam as a natural, and furthermore harmless occurence? As this twin auger system seems to produce more foam, while it extracts a lot of juice, isn't it also then more oxidizing it at the same time? On the other hand, I've also read accounts mentioning it actually produces less foam (then cheaper models), and many are reporting it produces superior quality juice and superior yield. Second question regards the comparative yield with soft fruits: as it may not be as good with soft fruits as with hard ingredients, do some cheaper vertical or single-gear horizontal models outperform, or be more suited for soft fruits than the Angel, or will Angel still be better and squeeze more out of soft fruits?

Pity you didn't tell us anything about the resulting juice - wasn't that the whole point of this video? I can't see if the juice is really like a liquid without any pulp or if there is pulp in it. Do we have to use a strainer bag after this to get a very purples juice???

This screen is extra for tomatoes and oranges too, even melons and watermelon without the rind One excellent juice with corse screen is: tomatoes pineaple cucumber parsley and a small piece of onion, it gives a woderful sweet gaspacho like juice

There is no difference. Some retailers add the "S" to denote the surgical stainless steel.

Juicing pineapple is a nightmare with the fine screen. I'm not sure the additional mess and expense of juicing soft fruits is worth on the Angel unless you are a sweet fruits lover. For everything else I think saving the hard fruits and soft fruit peel for the fine screen that comes with the unit and either blend or sqeeze in any soft fruits should work ok

The standard screen will give a higher yield of beet juice. The coarse screen will give a pulpier beet juice.

Papayas don't juice effectively in any juicer. They are too soft and have too low of a juice content. But you would still get some juice. The problem is, the firmer papayas aren;t very sweet, and sweeter ones are soft.

Yeah typically with fruits like papaya, they aren't juiced; they're blended. So chop up some papaya and add it to a blender with a cup or two of water and you got yourself a tasty drink. You could strain out the fiber first but you're better off leaving it as the fiber has additional health benefits.
