Watching the highlights, I believe Angel and CC are both great players. CC has an edge over her for the triple double ,no rookie in the WNBA has ever done it. Reese also misses a lot of shots and gets her own rebounds. But all in all, both players are great in their respected positions.

Angel Reese has absolutely no real basketball skill. Because the WNBA has lack of dominant post players, she’s able to come in and get what is a meaningless stat in “double doubles.” She basically is Draymond Green doing a half ass Russell Westbrook stat. She just throws the ball up when she shoots it, flairs her arms, and then is able to get the offensive rebound. Caitlin Clark is the better player bar none. It does speak volumes that Angel Reese is turning out a better season than her teammate Kamila Cardoso, who was the 3rd overall pick in the same draft as Clark and Reese. Cameron Brink was the #2 pick and was having a better and more impactful season than Reese until she tore her ACL 2 weeks ago. Rickea Jackson was #4 pick and teammate of Cameron Brink, but she comes off the bench, and has little impact for the LA Sparks. Keep in mind that there were two rounds of the WNBA draft, and only 13 women picked in that draft made a WNBA roster.

The Sky has a couple of games coming up, July 7th the Storm #4, July 11th against the Liberty #1, July 13 against the Liberty #1, July 16th the Aces #5 - It will be interesting to see if Reese is a Dawg, or is put in the dog house by these teams and what her numbers look like, we already know how Clark stacks up against these teams and their top-ranked players and whether or not Reese can move her ESPN Plater Ranking up.

Not a player who is expected to do that nightly under the basket as opposed to a parameter player who needs their teammates to scote to get the assists. Not to be too mean, but when you look at everything that Clark has done in the WNBA, from the record number of seats in every house, all of the sold-out houses, to moving games to bigger houses, to 1,000,000, 2,000,000 TV views, and how many rookie records, and doing this while playing on a weak team, and under a bad coach - Reese is getting all that she deserves. Bird and Magic pushed each other to be better and the NBA won on every level - the problem here is that Reese is not Magic and Clark is Bird.
