I feel like they ended Buffy just in time, but Angel too soon. They could have done another season. Or two. Season 4 was a bit of a drag, but adding Spike in Season 5 was a stroke of brilliance. With him as part of the cast, they could have kept going for another season or 2. Damn shame that is. Oh, well...

And I always hated how they got rid of Gwen Raiden so quick. Cool character and excellent actress. She's really good in Man in the High Castle now. But without the constant sparks they found her useless. Could've delayed that happening. Made it a true character arch. She would've made a cool catwoman type anti hero.

the ending was a brilliant way of putting a end to the show. Even though it didn't destroy Wolfram and Hart, the guts in angel and the rest of the gang to basically sacrifice themselves just to put a dent on them, and going out with a bang instead of continuing to do the devil's handwork was inspiring

Well as it turns out with all the shit about with how much of an asshoke Joss Whedon really is it's also now come out that Charisma wanted to come back to the show for season 5 after having a little time off but Whedon was angry at her for getting pregnant in the first place and fired her. Which is mind boggling, in season 3 she was gone for a few episodes when she got married what would have been the big fucking deal to bring her back. Imagine if Cordy had woken up from her coma and been the one to take out Jasmine, they did hint that Cordy could have been the only one who could hurt her. I love Buffy and Angel, but as you say Cordy was the spirit of Angel and firing her was bullshit.

Excellent Trailer. Wonderful series. I started to watch 5th season of angel on StarPlus. It was a really mature series. I loved then final episode of 4th season. Angel made Connor forget everything in order to allow him to be happy. and the TEMPTATION of being part of Wolfram and Hurt. jej congrats . I understand that in that time Buffy series was ending. so I am missing some clues. I watched Angel when I was about 21 years old. and since then few series got me attention like this one. AND it was notalgic the reunion of the cast

The real reason why this season became the last one of the show is because co-creator Joss Whedon urges The WB to renew the show on an earlier date, but after a conflicted thinking, The WB accidentally announced the cancellation of the series. No offense, but Joss Whedon did this to himself. A BIG reminder to all aspiring screenwriters out there, NEVER ask the network for an early renewal. The season was really good, despite how it is the very last. Still love it!

For years now I've been saying that this channel has some of the best edited highest quality Buffyverse stuff on it. You made S5 look epic and better than it was (one of my least favorite seasons of ATS). Plus, the picture quality is AMAZING. Loved the classic trailer style plug at the end with a music free dialogue piece. The scene with the "devil" was perfect.

Loved the trailer...Anyway, I figured out the music that starts on 1:06 until the end...It took awhile to figure out but I recognized the music anywhere....Sands Of Time by Audiomachine (from the Adventures of Tintin 1st trailer)...Great choice. Cannot recongized the music after the intro.

Sweet trailer. Just like one i would expect to see on TV or at a Theater. Loved the bit around the end where it fades after Angel and Spike turn and look in a direction to the Angel logo. Also the ending scene where Cordy says he made a deal with the devil. Bravo good sir, Bravo.

I'm watching Breaking Bad, Buffy, Dexter, Angel, Justified and for some fun Freaks and Geeks (adding The Shield and the Sopranos at some point), the rare Simpson, X-Files (I'm still on Season 2, I was only 9-10 at the time it was made). All part of "CannabyteTV" just my own personal playlist. I think it's awesome, I also am adding in cartoons, movies, etc. So it's like a real station but customized and no ads!

Gilles never appeared in angel, well exept on the phone..(no voice of him taugh... just mentioning of Angel talking to him) Cameos are Andrew, Buffy(not played by SMG, back only), Cordelia and Connor. Spike is a main cast, Lindsay come back as recuring from mid season on, as well as Harmony from the beginning of the season.
