+William Berrin If I Remember correctly In the Alfred Hitchcock Presents episode, Angela spoke with her natural British accent. She also used her native UK tongue in an NBC teleplay version of BABES IN TOYLAND which aired as part of SHIRLEY TEMPLE STORYBOOK THEATER

+Chris Mulwee She sounds American to me in those two shows and in MRFD. TV Guide reports (17 Nov 1959, p.17) that Angela spoke with a British accent at age 4 when the joined MRFD: 'At first [Sheldon] Leonard had to contend with her speech, which was "much too elegantly British."' Young children coming to America soon speak with American accents when they mix with children their own age. And they will even speak their parents' native languages with American accents if brought up bilingually - Natalie Wood, for instance, spoke fluent Russian with an American accent.

William Berrin THey hired Angela to take over the Linda role in Season 5 because the original actress Leilani Sorenson who played her in the final two episodes of Season 4 didn't work out. Also she had BLONDE hair and wore it in pigtails. The episode that introduced Linda LITTLE MISS MOPPET was uploaded last year around this time, but was sadly removed
