Ohhh yeah. I remember seeing THIS song being practiced with the ORIGINAL drummer John Longstreth on drums AFTER the band's MORRISOUND RECORDING of EXTERMINATE circa latter 1998. @@panzerwaffen2873 Chronic tendonitis in right wrist/arm/elbow and genetic bone/muscle disease that attacks the neck/back area as well. It just wasn't meant to be (for me).....I haven't played in 5 years now. And that's NOT counting ALL my back and forth playing from 2000 (when I 1st officially HAD to QUIT playing) till then. I would quit, sell bunch of equipment, then try again..Then, the PAIN ALWAYS came back... SMDH 😔 It's a younger man's game and/OR people with VERY healthy genes, as I will be 48 yo in November with NO plans of ever returning. BUT? I STILL have my TAMA Imperial Star birch kit (in chameleon dark red purple sparkle metallic) double bass kit. Lol. But yeah, I DID recently sell some of my prized PAISTE cymbals and a Mapex Black Panther snare to another real good drummer buddy of mine Adam Mitchell (HAMMERLORD) and also you should check out (the Steve Casket and Adam Mitchell cover of MORBID ANGEL'S WORLD OF S..T -THE PROMISE LAND cover that's fairly recent on KZbin. THAT'S my MAPEX snare I HAD just recently sold ADAM! 🥁😠🤘 Lol. I HAD ta include that, as It's a KILLER cover 👍and ADAM is ALSO a KILLER producer as well. 😏). And yeah obviously, I LOVE to watch ALL the older guys and newer people playing on drums! ESPECIALLY the Polish and other dark European Black/Death Metal stuff on THIS channel! HAILS from KS, middle of the good ol USA! 🤘🔥🤘🥁

I was on that Tour in Berlin. And I was very disappointed about that Drumming. It was realy raw but mostly untight and with lots of unbalanced dynamics. 🙁

Sebastian Schmidt - I was fortunate enough to see Longstreth practicing with Angel Corpse HERE at home in Kansas City Missouri area RIGHT AFTER they recorded EXTERMINATE at MORRISOUND in FL. And I saw them couple/few times at THAT (MOSTLY w/o Pete and vocals as I ONLY saw em practice with Pete once.). It wasn't too long AFTER the whole recording deal that the band let John Longstreth loose, and brought Tony Laureano (who had been Cannibal Corpse Paul Mazurkiwiec's drum tech for some time) on board and the band moved to Tampa FL full time to do the whole thing "LEGIT" if you will. But yeah, lol. I may be bias as well, as seeing Longstreth for the 1ST TIME practicing with ANGEL CORPSE ? I was completely blown TH AWAY! And THAT was WHEN he was STILL honing his craft BEFORE his ORIGIN recruitment etc. Don't get me misunderstood. THIS guy on THIS posted video IS GOOD. He's brutal. He's fairly tight. Really good for ANGEL CORPSE...BUT yeah. John Longstreth HAD sooo much going on (EVEN BACK WHEN) on the drums WHEN HE PLAYED, that for me, honestly? I just have NOT seen anyone else on THAT drummer's throne for ANGEL CORPSE to fill HIS shoes. Have there been faster OR whatever drummers? Of course BUT.... Yeah, for me? John was the MAN.😏 It's BEYOND unfortunate that Angel Corpse were NOT able to work stuff out within the band and keep Longstreth and be able to REALLY make a name for themselves along their MORBID, CANNIBAL band mates. Instead, they hired Laureano, did the EXTERMINATE tour (which was a disaster supposedly) and recorded the follow up THE ENEXORABLE (which blew EVERYONE away 😲(and the band fell apart on that tour before it barely even hit the ground) and...The rest is just THAT... HISTORY at THIS point. But yeah. To me? I personally CANNOT get ENUFF of the EXTERMINATE CD. 😠🤘Lol. But yeah, thanks for the video. HAILS from the ANGEL CORPSE original home base RIGHT HERE in the good ol MIDWEST USA! 🤘🔥🥁🤘
