I was emotionally exhausted after watching Jessi’s video and all I did was listen to her talk. Imagine actually going through all that. This poor woman just wants to be left alone and to stop having her trauma brought up so she and her family can live their lives. After watching JS’s video I don’t think there’s any hope for Gabbi as long as she’s in the public eye. That might be true. It happened to me. I broke up with a narcissist and he tried for over a year to get back together with me. Not because he loved me, but because I ended it. In the narcissist’s mind you’re not going to break up with them. They want to end it when they want to especially after you have stopped being of use to them. So he was only trying to get back with me because he still had a use for me and in his mind it was “how dare SHE break up with ME!?!?” It is hell dealing and severing ties with a narcissist.

While I don’t think GH deserved some of the vitriol that she received over the BD situation (in the beginning), I do think she has a responsibility as a content creator to be aware of the content she shows on screen. It’s one thing to skim an article off camera. Not reading the full context of an article or a long text, which she admitted to not doing to Jessie, seems to be a common trend with GH.
