I think that her having seen the victims and really being among the worst situations in her humanitarian role can give a sense of heaviness because somehow being privileged in life you feel that the guilt of excess when there are women and children who are suffering, without a home or safe shelter. That is what tabloids and trolls are missing to realize. She is way past being hollywood, it is just a source of living for her. She has chosen a different path than what hollywood dictates.
