I suggest (unless I am blind again) reacting to her latest rendition of When We Were Young. I thinks it's more like a practice/rehearsal, but there are a few supporters in the room. There is another shorter vid of this, probably same day (same clothes) but it is slightly different. This is the full song version. It is a rehearsal, but could be put on Spotify. Easy On Me ***** Both Angelina Jordan and Adele are under the Republic Records / Universal Music umbrella, 12 hours after Adele released "Easy On Me," this video was dropped on the internet by AJ, and Adele has seen it. Adele wrote the song with its producer, Greg Kurstin, and it is about a broken marriage and a mother trying to explain to her son why it is happening. You have to ask yourself how a 15-year-old Angelina Jordan could do this song justice and give it the emotion it deserves? Here again, AJ takes on the impossible and makes it a classic as she always does. As usual, grandma Mery is close, and even appears in this video with AJ. Mery has been a major powerhouse behind AJ, and they would be lost without each other. One genius helping create another. Every time this girl opens her mouth and those ethereal sounds come rolling out, I lose my breath, and the tears appear. Vocal expert analyzer Andreas Grussl has a comparison video with both artists that is called 'Is This Better Than Adele?' He breaks down this song, section by section, to show how Angelina's rendition is much 'warmer' than Adele's. Because she is a 'Jazz' specialist, and not a 'Pop' singer like Adele, Angelina will always bring a more emotion laden for m of penetration when singing a heartfelt ballad like this. What's truly amazing is when he shows how Angelina actually 'out belts' Adele in the power sections of the song, even though experts say her lungs won't be fully developed until she reaches her mid 20's.

Rob Christie is Playing Piano, and he is AJ's A&R person with Republic Records/Universal Music Group. That dude playing the piano is Rob Christie Republic Records Studio Director at Universal Music Group Manhattan Beach, California, and he has been working with AJ since she signed with the largest record company in the world at the age of 14, two years ago. Rob was the MC of AJ Christmas Show that aired Dec 23, of 21. AJ’s Christmas Show that live-streamed on Dec 23 of 21 had some of the most important musicians of our time: Frank Sinatra's drummer for 6 years, and sun in-law of the late Henry Mancini, Greg Field has won 9 Grammys, and the bass player, Chuck Berghofer who also played for Sinatra for 6 years, and toured with Barbara Streisand, accompanied AJ on her Christmas Show, and they stated that she had the "storytelling ability of the greats, Streisand, Fitzgerald, Vaughan, including Sinatra, to name a few. The main pianist, a five-time nominated for Grammys, Shelly Berg, stated in all his years working with the greatest vocalist, he had never encountered a talent like AJ. Did I forget to mention Jimmy Z, the famous Sax Player who worked with Rod Steward, Etta James, the Eurythmics, and Doctor Dre, was part of the band for the show? Jimmy stated that AJ was the best he has ever played for. Rob Christie Republic Records Studio Director at Universal Music Group Manhattan Beach, California played the guitar, and was the MC of the show. (I can't list the complete backgrounds on all the band members because it would take several pages to do them justice.) Angelina stated that she would rather perform than take a breath, and she has never been forced to perform, it has been her decision. AJ now lives in West Hollywood in Los Angeles, where the record company Republic Records has built a separate music studio for her. She states, "I feel incredibly lucky to have been signed by one of the biggest record companies in the world. I have my own studio where I make my own music.
