Over a year ago, l was on KZbin searching for an other singer l had seen on AGT when l came across the image of this little snaggletooth ragamuffin with wild hair and a long white dress. I was stunned to my bones when l heard this little girl channeling Billie Holiday. I've listen to Angelina everyday since. It's been an amazing journey with performances that have brought tears to this old man's eyes. I'm excited for her future but also a little worried of how the music industry treats her. Please react to her performances with guitar player Ivan Mendez, some of my favorites.

Great reaction you two,, when you asked if that was her mother in the first song you did (Gloomy Sunday),, yes it was her mother an in a interview Angelina's mom did right after that song they asked her why she was crying,, mom replied, "that they were happy and at the same time sad tears,, cuz I know that I just lost my daughter to the world",, 👣🌬🌎

No doubt about it, Angelina is Incredible up to now. I can easily spend 4+ hours in a day listening to her covers! My hope is that as she matures that her voice won't change for the worse or that the music industry won't destroy her. She grew up in Norway and had a stable upbringing. She has now moved with her family to Los Angeles! I can only hope that she won't get lost in a superficial materialist lifestyle there!

I've enjoyed your reaction on this beautiful brilliant amazing mind blowing young artist.she is god's gifted child performer with a very very rare talent. A talent that comes by on this planet earth every 100/150 years probably. When I watched her sing she just captures your heart and soul. I was literally in tears I have to admit that cause of the emotion that she makes you feel and to top it.off she just blows my mind and leaves me speechless.i love music since I was 5 listening to nat king cole, Elvis Presley, Eddie Arnold, Billie holiday, Aretha franklin just to name a few of the old school pioneers. When Angelina Jordan starts singing nothing matters around you cause she'll take you to her musical world. I'm 70yrs. old and never in wildest dream that a child performer would make me feel what I felt up till now. It's like she has some kind of magnitiet field in her.its hard to explain. She has a very unique and rare talent and i think she's a Super Special Super STAR entertainer. We probably seen the best of the best but now I'm seeing the most very best and nothing but the best that's going Entertain the world and I believe that people from all walks of life listen to her music. 20 million views on KZbin unbelievable. Thank you I'm just a die-hard fan man.

This was so much fun. Thanks for a great video, and reaction. Angelina's acapella audition was for admission to the semi-finals, from what I understand. Notice she's pitch perfect. The only suggestion I would have for you, is to try to be sure you have the captioned versions. You can learn so much from the intro material, and what the judges say, at this age. Thank you, also for the direct link to Angelina's channel, and the actual videos.

Nice job, gentlemen! Angelina's family protected her from fame and all the negative things that can come from it early on. As for offers, she had a huge number of offers (including recording contracts) following her stint on NGT, but both she and her family wanted to wait. Her family wanted to wait until she had a "normal" childhood and completed her education and Angelina wanted to wait until she more fully developed her talent. One offer they did accept was performing at Quincy Jones' birthday celebration in O2 Arena in 2018. She said, at one point, that that was the highlight of her career up to then.

@@McDevittMike Well, she is only 15. I don't expect any 15 year old to have written more than a few own songs.....the question is what her own ambitions and goals are for her career. Yes, either she will sing other people's songs or her own ones. I am not sure the first will happen - because in that case Republic would have already given her some material. My comment regarding Chart Music was that many artists there can neither sing as well as Angelina, nor do they write their own song. We always wonder what determines commercial success, and nowadays in isn't either of those qualities I think....

In an interview at eight. She was ask about her first audition of Gloomy Sunday as to meaning of song. She stated she knew the meaning as she knows English very well. Actually English is her third language at this age she is speaking Norwegian, Persian And and English. There are videos at age five of her leading interviewer through her home showing her toys and clothes speaking English. She picks up a plastic toy guitar and states guitar not very good and starts singing Rolling In The Deep. Probably by now English is her second language. She speaks Norwegian, Persian, English, Swedish along with some Japanese. Her Grandmother is Iranian and Grandfather is Japanese on her Mother’s side who with her family spent many years in Japan. Her Mother and her Uncle speak fluent Japanese. When she was six she conversed with the little girl to whom she gave her shoes for nearly an hour in Persian while her Mother and Grandmother waited for her. Would you wait for your six year old child an hour in the cold.?

There is a video "Angelina Jordan I'm A Fool To Want You Remix" by 2.0.0.6 channel (she was born in 2006) with the original music put to her a cappella and it's amazing how on pitch and on time she is. It's like she has a recording in her head!! She did this song again at 11 years old for her first album "It's Magic". It's "I'm A Fool To Want You, Studio Version" and she is in a booth recording it for the album. It's even more incredible how she channels Billie Holiday. Angelina loves James Bond stuff and she did perform "Diamonds Are Forever" Proysenfestival 21.07.2017 at 11 years old and you'll be blown away. Her original song "Shield" at 12 years old could easily be a Bond song. Thanks guys, I'm really enjoying your reactions and not only to Angelina btw.

The only vocal track on the album, specifically for Angelina to sing. The album was recorded at Abbey Road studios in London, and, I believe, by Angelina in LA. One of my favourites. I’d be really happy to hear what you two think of it. Thanks ❤️👣🎶

Totalmente!! Siempre pensé que Shield sería fantástica para acompañar una película de James Bond!! Ella compone, escribe gran parte de sus canciones, y toca tres instrumentos. Hello guys. What a great reaction! And I have absolutely NO idea why I didn't see this one before now, as I have actually actively searched your videos play list for anything Aurora or Angelina. Or so I thought. It's wonderful to know that you now have watched all the stuff from the very beginning of her career. Sometimes it's necessary to know how something originated to better understand and appreciate the continuation. As you know, after she won this show, she released her cover of "I Put A Spell On You" at the age of 9. Then we didn't see very much from her until the period from she was almost 12, when she started pouring all those covers out, This period lasted to right after she turned 13. However, in between "I Put A Spell On You" and her "cover period" she made a studio recording at the age of 10, where she performed "I'm Still Holding Out For You". Because of circumstances not fully known by anyone (except those directly involved ofc), that performance was never released, but there is one "leaked" video out there. AND YOU REALLY NEED TO CHECK THAT ONE OUT, because that is maybe her best performance of all time. Even her most dedicated and hard core fans seem to agree that that song is really something special. You will not be able to understand how a 10 year old girl can sound like that. And as you know, when talking about Angelina, that speaks volumes. So, this song is the missing link that you need to have heard before moving on with her IMO. Here is the link guys : kzbin.info/www/bejne/eqebnp15nZqcn6c Hold on tight. I loved BP1's energy in this one. Something definitely clicked :-) Please keep reacting to Angelina. Great reaction, I was pleased that you chose the solution of the interrupted river of Angelina's 4 performances at the NGT and you took a big risk, because these are perhaps her most exciting interpretations, if you add that toothless bird aspect to a skill. already unreal at seven, your soul literally drags you away. In the last performance you did not watch when the judges give their evaluation and therefore you did not hear the words that perhaps most identify the effect that Angelina has, Judge Bjarte Hjelmeland says, "it is useless for you to keep telling me, "don't you cry", I keep doing it" 💛 💜 ❤️

I know it might be hard to believe or understand, but Angelina arranged all the songs except maybe for “Gloomy Sunday”, you can tell because of the tempo, she slows the songs down, even “Summertime” is done at her tempo and there are videos of the rehearsals where she is giving input to the musicians, that’s incredible and why she is a prodigy!

Thank you, gentlemen, for reacting to the complete set of Angelina's Norway's Got Talent performances. Your amazement mirrors that of the millions of us who have seen these hundreds of times. Your video is an excellent primer for those who are new to Angelina to see the roots of her unbelievable talent. Her accompanist on "Bang Bang" was Tommy Kristiansen, one of the premier guitarists in Scandinavia and Europe. He has accompanied her on several occasions. My favorite is when she sang "Every Time We Say Goodbye" in the style of Ella Fitzgerald from her 1956 hit albums, "Ella Fitzgerald Sings The Cole Porter Songbook". Angelina and Tommy performed on the rooftop of TV 2 in Oslo on the talk show "God Sommer Norge" (Good Summer Norway). The audio of that performance sounds like it was done in a recording studio and the video quality is beautiful. The purity of Angelina's voice is simply astounding, She was 11 years old. Yes to everything you said, but a couple other comments: Angelina, even this young, gives us completely controlled vocals as she does today. She doesn’t need to show off her range or power when the song doesn’t call for it. Her arrangement and phrasing play with the cadence of Summertime just beautifully. It’s true jazz singing by an eight year old. You’ll find as you watch Angelina sing the same song through the years that her take on that song changes depending on the music behind her and her mood that day. She gives us true improvisational jazz. To see the best, most powerful 11 year old jazz singer you will ever see in your life: try “Lovin’ You” with Angelina at an outdoor concert. Just mind-blowing. Also, today you heard Angelina a cappella and with just a guitar. Her voice, then and now, is so on pitch, mesmerizing, and pure that it needs no special instrumentation. She is fearless before audiences because she has quiet confidence and wants to sing for us. There are so many examples, but just a couple suggestions: “A Million Years Ago”, or “Stay”, or “Someone Like You”. You’ll hear one of the most distinctive and beautiful voices you’ve ever heard.

Hi BP1 and BP2 ;-) of course all the performances from Angelina Jordan are fantastic - so are the Norske Talenter (NGT) performances. But unfortunately this compilation is not good edited: There are some interesting and some escential scenes cut out! And the here missing interview before the audition is also very interesting - and in addition there is a version with caption in English :-D And also watch out which version you take: E.G. from "I'm a fool to want you" which AJ sings a capella there is a shorter version (like in the compilation) because there are 54 seconds cut out. And these 54 seconds are so good - even with speaking in - but the good thing of this version is, that you can't hear that there is something missing: AJ hit exactly the notes even after nearly a minute... Judges' Cut-Off with all of AJ's singing: "I’m a fool to want you": kzbin.info/www/bejne/gonOn3-QedSFjLM Version, where at 1:13 is the cut where 54 sec. are missing and you don't hear it...: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bH2slISCasx_pbs ;-) I would like to encourage you to watch (may be with recording and posting it as a "seconde analytical reaction" ;-) ) the seperate videos of all 4 performances: First Audition: "Gloomy Sunday": kzbin.info/www/bejne/mmTKhJulbt6Zbpo Judges' Cut-Off: "I’m a fool to want you": kzbin.info/www/bejne/gonOn3-QedSFjLM Semi Final: "Bang Bang": kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYSogGZ_gruneas Final: "Summertime": kzbin.info/www/bejne/amWWoXWJpd1oeJY ...and a version of "Summertime" with a bit of docu ahead and the judges comments - and with english subtitles ;-) kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJ_Td6Z5g7CtfMk See you in the next reaction video to Angelina Jordan :-D Stay well and healthy Andreas

Their were 10 finalists and she won with 46 or 47 percent of the votes. No contest. Each song it seemed like she got better and better.
