Thank you for the beautiful reaction, her voice and talent are truly unreal, more and more as time goes by. I love this new original song, the lyrics are incredibly raw and aggressive and her voice so particular, raspy and deep it completely captures you as she performs those fantastic and beautiful tonal variations and does it in perfect relaxation, effortless, as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Toby's piano accompaniment, the band in the background, with those enchanting voices of the choir, exalt her completely, Angelina is simply fantastic, she absolutely transmits all her passion for singing. But you also have to listen to the new jazz version of this song that she just released, it seems like another song, but equally, if not more, fantastic.💛🧡❤

It has been released officially on Spotify etc, so it IS available for radio stations. But it's unlikely to be selected as long as it doesnt conquer the charts. They are not interested to do new artist discovery, thats not their business model.

Everybody can help to get out on the radio by requesting ist from your local radio station. The more requests they get, the more likely they will play it. In fact, that was suggested both by Toby Gad in the premiere chat of the lyrics video, as well as by Rob Christie as the MC of her concert here. BTW, Toby also confirmed in that chat that these are her unaltered vocals from 2022 when the song was first written and recorded, so she was 16 here. Toby's normal way to write is to collaborate with an artist on who's experience and emotions the song is based on.

After this EVERYONE will be asking you to listen to the jazzy version of this sensational production. This official version is tremendous and the only way to describe the jazzy version is you will have no words to tell us how you feel. She now has about 5 or 6 versions of the song. The official version or the jazzy version can grab a Grammy, both deserving.

Evidently the audio for this video was actually recorded by Angelina and Toby in 2022 but not released by Republic Records. After they corroborated on If I Were a Boy on Toby's label they decided to release this (with Republic Records' approval) also on Toby's label as the first single on his next Piano Diaries album.
