While I don't think this is her best, there remains a quality to her voice that hits deep inside me and stirs emotions unlike any other singer. She is really the only singer who can make me involuntarily tear up. It must have something to do with that 'old soul' aura she exudes.

Angelina made you cry made me cry.....I think this song in particular is very emotional anyway - I saw Elton John singing this in Vienna at a Live concert as a tribute, and it was the highlight of the show. Angelina sings it better - I don't think we need to judge how she sings a song, but appreciate she is here on earth to show us how to sing a song. As you rightly say, it becomes immediately obvious after the first line that Freddy would have been proud of Angelina, period.

She's just sitting in a room set up for her to record in. Probably a converted bedroom in her house. NOT a professional studio. With a very good backing track (kind of karaoke) and that wonderful Neumann microphone, she slowly removes the "theater" mask, and begins to sing. Her breathe control and power on this song is not to be believed. And she's sitting, where you lose about 25 to 30 percentage of your breathe. I've heard some really great covers of this Terrific song (Celine, Dimash, et. al.), but for me, this is the Best. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Thanks Jen. Thank you for reacting. Your reaction is as pure and honest as Angelina's singing. Find her cover to "Feelin Good". She did two, the indoor concert was best in my view. She was 10. When you get a chance react to her Norway's Got Talent audition and the 3 songs that won it for her. Sad Sunday, Bang Bang, Summertime and her first audition which was completely a cappella (can't remember the name. She was 7 and 8 at the time. This gift of a beautiful human being sings so beautifully and so emotionally I can barely enjoy other singers any more. Thanks again Jen. And your not just Jen, you're special and beautiful Jen.

I never close my eyes when Angelina performs live. A big part of her performance is manifested physically. You can see her feeling the emotion that she projects. Also, if you notice, she has her eyes closed more than open. When she sings, she puts herself into some magical world inside herself, and outcomes the beauty that is Angelina Jordan. I keep my eyes opened for that.

That mask she is wearing was painted by her Grandmother as was the wall painting she standing in front if, grandma was and is a big jazz and blues fan. That's where Angelina first heard and mimicked the songs and fell in love with the music then incorporating it into her own sound. I'm 77 and one of her devoted fans. I only wish I'd be around to see her grow up.

Dear Jen I'm following Angelina Jordan for several years and I loved each her song. I'm writing this because you said a thing a few people can understand here in the West: you said she is an ancient soul. I think absolutely the same because otherwise it's impossible that a girl of 12-14 years put such feelings and emotions in her songs, she mustn't know this, but she is. When you say she’s mature for her age, that’s a gross understatement. At 6, she gave her favorite shoes to a homeless orphan girl her age because she had no shoes. Because of that exchange between them, she wrote a book at 9 and became Norway’s youngest author and vowed when she performs to not wear shoes as a reminder of that and in the hopes of every child having shoes one day. She can belt with the best of them, but I believe her and her vocal coaches are holding her back from doing too much of that as her body & vocals are still developing. I think when she has fully matured she will cut loose more and blow the world away, not that she doesn’t already blow us away with her lower registers, control, timing, soul, etc..
