Totally feeling you on this one, Adrianna. I was basket case when I first heard it. Also, "I can imagine it being her song." Have to agree with you there! She kinda has a knack for that with covers, in general, but this one in particular hits so hard and is so heartrendingly, achingly beautiful. For me, it's hers now. No disrespect to Lauren at all. When we see a reactor like you get so emotionally moved because of how Angelina affects you it brings tears to our eyes because we are so happy for you because when Angelina's love is in someone's heart like she is in yours, your life will never be the same. When I saw Adriana did a reaction to this, and even more when she mentioned that this "was a suggestion from one of (her) beautiful subscribers" I immediately had to think of you, strange, isn't it? Hope you really had a beautiful Sunday after it started so exceptionally beautiful! I'm in München right now, we celebrated my niece's 17th birthday, and we had dinner at a Mexican restaurant, and I learned my nephew is learning Spanish now at school, so of course I had to tell him about Mon Laferte, but I also let my family know about AJ's new EP, hope they will give it a listen... Now we're back at my dad's house in Munich (my brother lives in Freising) and while my old man is watchin TV now I asked him for pernission to use his laptop to see what Adriana had prepared for us today, to say I was happy about her pick for today's AJ is an understatement.. For the next six weeks I hope she'll be doing all of the songs on "Old Enough", starting with "Now I'm The Fool" and then the audio only tracks... And Adriana let me tell you Mon Laferte is a great choice even if you don't intend to learn Spanish... She's a Chilean Mexican artist and really one of a kind. A while ago I introduced Poolhallshark to her and he will second me, I'd even leave the choice of a song to him so we can have a little coproduction here... Y'all have an amazing evening, enjoy it! So far I have understood 10 words of the lyrics, but that doesn't bother me at all. You gave me the honor of picking a favorite Mon performance, and I wonder if my answer will surprise you, because my pick would actually be a duet, and not one of her solos. Something just hit me SO beautifully when I heard her duet with Manuel García, performing "La Danza de las Libélulas". And another thing with this one is that if I know Adrianna well enough by now, I think she will LOVE Manuel's voice as well. So in that regard I look it as a double treat. What do you think, Buddy ?? Yeah I mean might as well compare it to being run over by a truck. Just flattens you with this one. Lauren's is so beautiful, similar beautiful tone too which says amazing things for Lauren, we know what Angelina's voice is, indescribably beautiful. But the deep dark lower register, the richness and textures, for everything but the chorus here is overwhelming, and insanely beautiful contrast for the chorus. I'm not sure if anyone has ever sung any song as well as this. ❤ You're amazing, love watching you experience her. Thanks 😊 Do note her EP is now out and 🤩Wow. So different, she's taking her best shot already.

This song was a bonus at the end of Angelina's livestream concert, Christmas 2021. The whole concert was amazing, but this was on another level! As you say, a great song, Lauren was very good, but somehow Angelina added some extra texture and expression. Angelina always excels in her live concerts, even more so with a live audience. I hope that we will get some concerts in Europe soon, preferably outdoor - the concerts in Norway last summer were simply magical!

Hi sweetie 👋. Thank you for your wonderfully honest and raw reaction to 15 Angelina. This was tne last song she sang on her live virtual Christmas concert in December of 2021. She dedicated this famous Christian song to us her fans. (Yes Angelina and her family are Christians. She used to sometimes sing at her church. They are very private about their conservative nondenominational Protestant beliefs, kind of like a pastor Jack Hibbs church) We respect their privacy and don't tell others what church they went to or go to. Whether she or they remain that way being in that dark industry remains to be seen, for only God our heavenly father knows. Hi Adrianna, really lovely reaction, thankyou. When Angie closed her Xmas concert with this I was blown away, love the song and have since followed Lauren, but not being unkind, really feel Angie's version so much more. There were only~1100 viewers of her livestream concert and I suspect the lack of advertising and maybe $29 ticket had something to do with it? I did try to promote interest ahead of the concert, but the FB group declined my post as they thought the low forecast needed to be verified. I do hope that people will start to stream Angie's new EP, it needs those figures to break out to a wider following.

I am not saying t all that Angelina is not writing excellent songs, but the chemistry of a top hit is never something that can be forced. Having said that, personally I think that "All my Fault" actually has the potential for such a hit, the first line already is shocking in a way, that it could be Amy Winehouse singing that (and having written it). I think what Angelina needs is an invitation to Late Night Shows and big festivals, like here in Glastonbury UK, and then radio play. This will get her to the next level. The internet alone will not do it for her, because all her fans like myself are already doing everything we can. She needs new and also new young fans.

On KZbin it was America got talent, despite that performance in my opinion is not among the 10 best for me.....funnily.... I would guess that her path can be easier than we think, by 1. Getting on some of the late-night shows, 2. Opening for someone famous on a concert tour, 3. Being invited to music festivals. I will write to Glastonbury her in the UK this week and ask them to invite her; they have promised to invite more female acts, as most festivals are very unbalanced between male and female artists, despite organisers always claim that there are not "enough good female acts". It is the most prestigious outdoor summer festival in Europe. 4. Getting radio play, which is maybe the most difficult, as they are very stubborn about what they think their audience wants to hear
