Fun Fact: Lucifer's actor, Tom Ellis, doesn't actually play the piano in early seasons, but later on he did learn to so in later seasons he actually is!

Actually, he knew a little bit how to play but not well enough to do that. So yeah in the early seasons it's not really him who plays.

Actually I think he confirmed that he did learn some of the songs from the show on the piano, but he wasn't good enough to actually play it on the series. So he can play a little bit, but he never actually played himself I think. He did sing all of it tho (album is also on Spotify)

What is funny that "russian dolls" in this case meant something hidden inside of something, so technically he told her all the truth. And that Lucifer's monologue at Linda's in the end was taken directly from the comics this show is based on. Next one and the ep9 are my favs from s1 along with 11 to 13. Can't wait for your reaction on them. And this show became better and better with every season, so you are on the crazy awesome emotional ride 👍👏🥰🔥🔥🔥

Lucifer said it himself in an earlier episode: He never lies, but he doesn't always tell the whole truth. Chloe asked what was in the container, he said "Russian Dolls" which was true, he just didn't tell her everything that was in the container

Here's another running gag in the show - everyone (usually Lucifer) trolling Dan. Also a weird thing about the angel's names - each one that ends in "-el" means "something of God". I always think it's weird when the Devil's angel name is interpreted as Samael because that means "the venom/poison of God". I'm legit not sure what Amenadiel means though as that one I think was invented for the comic book.

Psych doctors consulting with each other is a real thing. It only feels strange in this situation because we know that Amenadiel isn't a real doctor. Linda doesn't know this and as she's already consulted with him on one of his "cases" then having him share his insights is a fair exchange in her mind.
