I started at the very beginning, with the original pilot, when Kevin wasn't in the show as Dan. Man every cliffhanger at the end of each season was literally hell! But so worth it, it is my favourite show. So well written and funny. Love the characters and the cast.

Tom Ellis got his acting degree from the Royal Academy of Drama, etc in Scotland. Born in Wales. He has been an actor in England for many years. He had a one year series using an American accent as a doctor, called Rush. That failed and he went right into Lucifer.

Show is based on the comics, but both comic and biblical Lucifer are more "loki" than actual evil. Just mischievous and wanting to party. Him being the overlord of hell wasnt exactly his idea. More like his punishment for rebelling

Yes, this iteration of Lucifer has huge respect for people to try to pull themselves up from hard situations and he takes GREAT pleasure is punishing the guilty and the evil. When he tells Delilah that his big request is to "Pull herself together" I get a little misty-eyed each time. There's something very touching about that moment. 😊💖😢😅

well if you wanna go bible, ironicly lucifer is the only angel that never lied to humans, even god lied, lucifer never did. Depending on what mythology you use, lucifer was never the bad guy, hes only doing the job god gave him and if you go fort he angel rebellion thing, lucifer rebelled cause god put humans into mysery for no fault of their own, and lucifer, thinking god is unjust and cruel took it upon himself to stand up for mankind, who he was commanded to love even above god himself, and so he did
