I know that when it comes to shows about certain professions like cops, lawyers, doctors, etc. some people get annoyed when Hollywood doesn't show us the proper procedures that are actually followed and end up doing whatever because it makes the story better, but I actually prefer it that way, we don't need to know the ins and outs of these professions or all the little details, I think all that needs to be like need to know.

In the original comic books Mazikeen had that half-stripped-face all the time, and slurred speech as a result. Mind you, she was a very different character in all sorts of ways (she was white, for a start...) There's no way they could have done the half-face every episode on a TV budget though, so I accept that change. Likewise, although TV Mazikeen is very different from comic Mazikeen, she's an enjoyable character in her own right and gets plenty of development as the series progresses. Lesley-Ann Brandt obviously has a ball playing her and it shines through: she does a really good job.

I really enjoy your Lucifer reactions! You are extremely smart and even though I started watching Lucifer from the beginning and I know what happens from seasons 1- 5; I like hearing your take and how you see Lucifer changing. This episode, you said that it was a little weak, but not really. If you look back and when Chole confronts Lucifer the second time about the wishes he grants, she tells him that by granting the favor to get in off for the B&E, but then it was "Yellow Viper" that ended going to jail and was going to go to jail again. If you really notice that is when Lucifer had a "Come To Jesus Moment", because he realizes that by granting one person a favor, he is fucking someone else's life up, so (littles spoilers) he actually stops with the wishing granting, until season 3 and you willl see why, and in season 4 episode 10, he does hate himself; and you will notice why. This episode is actually very well made, because it makes Lucifer realize that for a "millennia", he has been granting favors and never once thought of the pain it could bring someone else and why all of the sudden is Lucifer vulnerable, is he still?! (Spoiler), you have been right so far.
