Its actually insane how accurate this entire video is for me. I stopped birth control (for similar reasons) and within a year I started having TERRRRRIBLE ACNE (started out as mild and has gotten progressively worse). I went to dermatologists and estheticians. I tried everything: chemical peels, retin-a, not washing my face, over washing my face, serums, moisturizers, toners, double cleansing, face masks, honey, rubbing aloe plant on my face, drinking spearmint tea, antibiotics, I EVEN WENT BACK ON BIRTH CONTROL, etc. I was consistent and yet with every new beginning was a worse ending. Today, I woke up and my face was covered with pimples that looked to be hormonal. I cried the whole day. My roommate told me you had a similar experience and to watch your video. You have given me hope.

I stopped taking my hormonal birth control in may of 2023 and I’m started getting acne in august . It’s all around my mouth & jaw line just like yours was. I’ve been following you for years and just recently saw you went through hormonal acne and watched this video! Just ordered clear stem:)

Spermicide is good in conjunction with Pulling out, the Fertility Awareness Method or Condoms .Use a non-irritating one like Cayagel, Contragel, or Phexxi.

Hey, did you solely use clear stem. I’ve used and wasted a lot of money and honestly I haven’t got alot right now to spare but if it will clear my skin I would love to use it. Please let me know if clear stem is worth it xx

it’s the only thing that worked for me and I didn’t use anything else. I cannot promise it will work for you because everybody is different but I had a great experience!
