Genuinely like karoo and guildless commons in my Giada deck. Sure normally it's slow, but big angels enjoy seeing lands that can tap for more than 1 mana

I had pretty much this deck with Giada as the commander b4 they announced the angel deck. ngl its pretty casual even with avacyn and worldslayer. It struggles against anything high power. But if you play in lower power Angel decks are fun. Unfortunately mono white angels restrict it heavily and most decks will look the same.

@@danfriedman2556 I took a look at the coin flip deck list, generally it looks pretty fun overall. To make a long story short, it really depends on your experience in commander. The angel deck will play(strategy) the same even with upgrades, which is good for newer commander players imo. Youll learn the angel deck fast, and can begin to learn how to play against other decks faster. The coin flip deck can do many things to win, even though the main strat is to flip coins I see many win con routes with the deck which would probably be more fun for a more experienced player to play with.

No matter how you build that deck, even if you take it into a stax route it is limited due to mono white and trying to follow a tribal theme guts any attempts at high power.

I *was* gonna get some nice pasta to eat over the weekend…but I got this deck instead; I’ve wanted a Giada deck for awhile, just never got around to building/net-decking one. I’ve got six pounds of smoked sausage in my freezer…guess I’ll be working on those instead.

I enjoyed the video and thought the card ideas were good, with one exception: removal. You basically swapped out a lot of removal and that makes me a little nervous. As an old school mtg player, removal seems key and I've noticed a trend in that a LOT of edh precon decks to run skimpy removal repertoires. I've been away from mtg for a while and might be missing someone...

When this deck upgrade was created it came out to about $100. Unfortunately right now, because of the popularity, it seems to have gone up in price.

🤦‍♂️ Bruna getting no respect. Giada is good but overrated and easy to take down. So many cards take down a 2/2 and by the time you can keep her out her mana cost will match Bruna. Everyone wants an Avacyn but by the time you have 7 mana you'll know your opponents strategies and Serra's Emissary is better.

Bruna is a good card. Just not going to be the helm of the deck. Giada is just so much faster and can do so much more for our other angels.

Well, now isnt this convenient. I happen to have a decked out giada deck. All i needed was the meld angels. How unfortunate WotC just devalued most of this deck. Nothing is sacred. This is yet another slap in the face for the true fans, a loss for the ones who painstakingly curated angels and i have no doubts a crap manabase even for monowhite. Today is casual at my lgs so i guess ill be destroying players young and old alike with giada. WotC cares nothing so neither do I. Screw the noobs. Screw anyone and everyone who asks e if this game is worth it.

Reprints will happen and devalue the price of many cards in the future. Just a part of the game. At least the cards you have will go up over time as they get older from when they were printed themselves.

@@Badassest You're right! If it makes you feel better, I am pretty sure that soon my dragon deck will be reprinted too. Then you and everybody else will get a shot to play that deck and it is freaking awesome so I hope you do!
