I have used art therapy to help untangle my emotions that I didn’t have words for, but I really like how you explain that it takes time. And then you talk about the steps that will happen as you process your anger. This has been the most helpful explanation of the steps that happen as you process your anger and give it space. I never knew when the process was “done” for that moment, but your explanation gave us some markers to look for so we know where we are in the process. Thank you!
