thanks so much. Anger is number 1 for me. Parts of me holds onto resentment because others fail to meet certain expectations. :( clearing the anger every day.

Brad, my EFT practitioner changed my life over 10 years ago. She died over 2 years back. I miss her terribly...but I so appreciate the gift she gave me and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue with you over the last 2 years. Thank you for offering these..ended in smiles and laughter with this one.

Holy smokes.. As I tapped, my anger quickly subsided and then turned to sadness and shame/frustration/disappointment in myself which is the root of it. Was crying throughout... Gonna be tapping on that next. Thank you for all these videos.

Thank you so much for this video Brad. I don't get angry often but when someone oversteps my boundaries or undermines my control of my life or home, I can suddenly get angry. Not violently angry but I eject a person from my home or life. I think it's because I feel unsafe by their actions. I can fairly quickly apologise and calm down, but I wish it didn't happen. Thanks for the self love statements as I feel ashamed at getting angry, no matter what the cause.

Thank you Brad, I opened this video immediately after my boss vented out his unresolved and uneasy feelings towards me somehow someway in which I had no idea the cause of his uneasy feelings inside his spirit/. But I can feel that he dares to piss off directly with me instead of his own family. as if I am his personal emotional trash can. And this really infuriate me in a deeper level. Is this some kind of a cycle of fearful old energy that I had from my past and my own family? I was -sort of like- their personal emotional trash can when I was a child. They did not dare to get angry with the particular person that they had problems with- but instead they vent it all out to me. They told you that they love you but they vent out their fury and anger to you. What a world.
