So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...

Can we give this man a medal please? Literally. Had a severe panic attack. Didn't want to waste a trip to the ER. Did a few rounds of tapping on fear and panic etc. And omg felt allot of built up tension I had for weeks leaving me leaving my arm etc.. My arm feels pretty light. I wish they would provide EFT in counseling centers. It would save lives for people like me who can't afford to see an actual licensed protactioneer who takes traditional health insurance and not thousands of dollars out of pocket just to get treatment.

Interesting. Quite remarkable really. Our cleaning lady came (40 something?) yesterday and had a seismic meltdown in the presence of my wife and myself ... financial issues, relationship issues, abusive parents, transportation issues, sleeping issues, eating issues, and more. On a scale of 1-10 she seemed like maybe a 12! She was paralyzed with frustration, despair, self-doubt, and fear for the future. First, we taught her about belly breathing instead of breathing into her upper chest but that didn’t seem to help much. Then we tapped with her … tapping for panic right now, tapping for worry, tapping for anxiety, tapping for seeing with God’s eyes, tapping for getting out of the way of Miracles, and finally, tapping the Lord’s Prayer. After about ½ hour of tapping, she reported being at a 2 on the scale. And 15 minutes later, she had identified some workable solutions to some of her problems; she was breathing in a healthier fashion; and she was smiling and crying tears of Joy/relief. Thank you Brad Yates. Thank you God for EFT & Brad Yates. Thankyou Brad Yates. Clearly you and your videos made a positive difference in this woman's life..

I can't thank you enough for this. A friend of mine told me about EFT a while ago but I never looked into it. The other day I had the worst panic attack of my life and a little voice inside my head told me to type in EFT for Fear on KZbin. This video came up and I followed it, not really knowing or caring what I was doing, and the result was incredible. I've never felt so relieved; I was brought to tears. All of my anxiety and terror disappeared, my heart rate returned to normal, and I lost the tight feeling in my chest. Just wow. Thank you so much!

Yesterday my 4 year old had a panic attack before bed about snake coming into the house to bite him. It was pretty strong and he is a very brave child, in general. It’s my 4th kid and I have never seen anything like this with my other ones. I set him in front of this video, told him I will tap on him, he just needs to listen(and English is his third language, so he doesn’t understand all words that well)..he set on the bed cross-legged and on the second round I noticed he started dozing off! I laid him down, did another round and he fell asleep in the middle of it. Pure magic-you saved my kid yesterday. Sending you love and blessing, Mr. Yates. Thank you for what you do ❤️

I just have to say Mr Yates, that your videos, and making them free, have been a factor in insuring a. breath stays in this body b. i don't use psychosis as an escape c. I transform from a survivor to a thriver. d. perpetrators don't call me back into their weirdness with programmed cues. With a diagnosis of acute PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic and a DID your gifts to the planet have played a significant role in my healing journey. Now that I am more or less on the other side, I very much look forwards to introducing you to a sister in a lock down mental health facility seeking relief from fear. For twenty years I was too off balance to be a resource to her, and focused on my own oxygen mask... thank you thank you thank you bless you bless you bless you!!! tears of happiness and gratitude... How must it feel to know that something you created ten years is so valuable now, has been valuable all this time? Going through some stuff...for pretty much the last...well, let's say a long time. Sometimes it's a quick panic attack, but the anxiety usually creeps up on me slowly so it almost feels like my "normal." I've used tapping off and on, along with meditation, but this particular video is just so great for that feeling of, "I need something right this very minute or I'll lose it!" It works. It really works. It might take going through it a few times in a row, so don't give up after one try -- it works. God bless you and thank you so much.

Yes, I've also felt this night-time horrible panic attacks, maybe it's a whole different root-cause for each one of us, but I also ignore why It's generally late at night (when It happens) and very close to the hour of going to bed, and/or right in the middle of sleep, after waking up abruptly from a weird/uncomfortable dream. It makes me feel curious... And why/how It can generate such uncomfortable physical symptoms, in my case when it happens it can physical feel intense goosebumps, shaking, feeling very cold, fast and intense (hard to control) thoughts, anxiety, feeling like wanting to run away from something (even though there is nothing to run away from, apart from the fear itself), a strong emotional sensation like something very bad is going to happen, occasional nausea or void-like sensation in the heart and stomach, and a bit of sense sharpening maybe? I get the feeling like I can hear lots of sounds from everywhere (maybe it's the alert state of adrenaline) I think this are the main symptoms for me... I thank God it doesn't happen that often (for me this is all very recent) but when it does it's really uncomfortable. I think is wonderful that Brad is sharing this great material and helping so many people to deal with this, I'm very thankful as well! Wish you the best on getting rid of this night-time panic episodes, we all can definitely overcome this and get on with our lives. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I believe he means it as a confirmation to your body that yes, something inside me doesn't feel right and I need to take a moment to tend to that and/or seek help for these feelings. By doing so you're thanking your body for its fear response but assuring it that it isn't necessary. You are aware of the issue and you don't need it giving you a panic attack. That's my interpretation anyway.

Thank you, Brad! In Nov 2017 I was caught in my truck with my dog during what the weather folks called a “tornadic thunderstorm.” It was one of the scariest moments of my life, and I’ve had some doozies! Ever since, high winds freak me out and cause panic attacks. This is helping me clean up the aftermath of last night’s storm. So thanks!

This was fantastic. I spent the past 2 days using clearing methods for my beliefs, such as Karol Truman's script, affirmations, and Ho'oponopono, and certain situations cropped up. In the past I would have assumed that nothing was working, but I now understood that these situations cropped up to be released. So I used your Clearing resistance video, which brought up loads of repressed fear. I used this video and feel really clear. I feel so much lighter and had a strong urge to follow the inspired action that my guides had told me about last night. I had not acted, as the fear was paralysing. But this video helped me to clear that. So, thank you, thank you, thank you. I now feel free and clear to act on my inspiration.

Are you still around Brad? Thank you. I tried EFT many years ago in my journey with complex chronic ptsd and depression. Now a recovering alcoholic, I seem to be going through the same obstacles but now having to actually feel it. I can't believe this helped so much today. I felt like I was having a heart attack. Some dark thoughts last few weeks. This helped me so much.

I get myself so anxious sometimes I have dissociative seizures and sleep disturbances. Tonight I thought right I know Brad Yates has a video on panic right now and tapped and even though I may ha e a way to go in hoeing my parts it has calmed me right down. I also realised breathing during this was not helping cos it was so constricted. Thanks Brad. Amazing xx

Thank you so much. I just went from the mute, absolutely horrified 3-4 year old version of myself, back to a very exhausted, sad, but breathing 27 year old I am. Every new layer of self awareness also brings new depths of the subconscious and while it's amazing to know my inner child finally feels safe enough to share these things with me, remembering and refeeling can easily become overwhelming......especially when triggered deeply on Mother's Day.

I think my panic attacks came from when I was between ages of 2 and 5 my mom was with an abusive man for 2 or 3 years. At night I was told I could not come out of my room even to go to the bathroom. Needless to say I peed the bed till I was 7. Panic attacks usually happen to me when I am alone at home. This intense fear that something bad will happen to me and no one will be there to help me. I started getting panic attacks at 16 and I am now 50. Tapping is usually the only thing that helps me. This tap is my go to and always works. Thank you Brad for what you do. I also really like how you sometimes throw a little humor in there too. It helps me to not take the panic attack so seriously and relax a little better.

Brad, I am dealing with years of attachment trauma/narcissistic abuse/complex trauma and working on leaving a toxic situation. Your videos are one of the few things saving my life until I get the help I need hopefully soon. You are no less than an angel in my mind, and I can't even put into words how much you bring my panic and survival mode level 10 down to at least a 5 or 6 each and every night. I think that means I'm releasing some of this stuff on my own with your help. Thank you for being here.

Your tapping videos make it possible for me to recover again and again from breath stealing fears that I face as a wife and care giver for my disabled husband. I am finding my courage and a sense of balance and a renewing of my hope and Faith each time I tap. You are wonderful and gifted.
