Yeah, it looks like quantity ideas were not overly necessary. It may have been better to go with offensive or something. You got the force limit no problem, now you need to buff that military.

If you have the same traditions as Great Britain you get the ability to build marines as the penultimate tradition, although I think they might also have a govt form or event that gives them too. Otherwise you can get them through an idea group - think it's maritime?

Yeah, Angevin traditions are different than Great Britain traditions. I was wondering about the "royal marines" reform, but it looks like it just modifies the marines, but I'll have to look at that more. I need that reform any way. Maritime was the other thing I was thinking. That might have to be the next idea group. Thanks for the suggestions of things to look at!
