Well D’Angelo stopped making music on his own after the success of Voodoo. I remember him being extremely popular after making How Does it Feel but he couldn’t take being over sexualized and just dipped. He wanted people to focus on his music not his body. His story is kinda sad. 😢 I feel like if he had stayed consistent he’d be as big as Usher is now. Even after taking long breaks between albums he made a come back and won Grammy’s but he doesn’t like being famous. I also heard he lacks confidence in himself but I wish he could see what everyone else sees in him he’s very handsome, a great musician, and great performer.
