Love the angle 90s very ergonomic. Lately I'm like obsessed and reading about ergonomics especially as I'm getting older. To make sure I'm training safe and smart.

Latley iv been felling some pain in my wrist and shoulder. I would fell more comfortable with something like this, but the form in the middle looks very comfortable for that part of the hand where i need a full contact with the handle
@ShreddedDad Жыл бұрын
They definitely help when you have joint pain since they allow rotation and more natural movement

is it easier to do pull up with this or gymnastic rings.
@ShreddedDad3 жыл бұрын
This because the straps are shorter. Longer straps are less stable.

Do you prefer the syl pulley or the angle 90 pulley? I definitely can see the value of the handles if someone doesn't have extra handles already.
@ShreddedDad4 жыл бұрын
Both pulleys function smoothly and don’t squeak. The angles90 cable is longer but it doesn’t come with handles/straps like the SYL does.
