Oh Wow. Anglo Indian cooking to the T. All the words like dekshi, bagaro, etc. etc. is just the way we speak while cooking. Music to my ears. The way you cook is exactly how my grandmother, mother did and I do now. All the cookbooks, videos etc. don’t touch this one. So orginal. Going to share with my daughter who wants Mum’s style of cooking. It saves me writing it all down now, Love it. The way you speak, dress and present is impeccable. Thank you. ❤️🤗💕🇦🇺🙏🏼

😁but Indian Daal has a lot more masala to it while the AngloIndians dal is plain to go with the mince 😅❤️

Ok I’m not Anglo Indian, didn’t even know this word even existed until recently…. I was born in Punjab (India) but raised from childhood in Canada. I found your channel and now I come here to see your outfits and hear your accent. You’re a beautiful lady! You definitely don’t look Indian, you must’ve been a model… Sending love from Canada 🇨🇦

Hi Pearl I'm new to your channel and I'm so happy I subscribed. It's wonderful to watch you cook these amazing Anglo dishes. You really are an expert. I'm Anglo Indian, and proud of it. These dishes remind me so much of my Mummy's cooking, sadly she passed in 2021. How wonderful to have our own dishes that are wonderfully tasty, and we have you showing how to make them. Thank you for your expertise and sharing these yummy recipes with us.

Hi Pearl, lovely recipes! Can you tell us how do you freeze coriander leaves? Thanks so much!
@pearlskitchen99992 жыл бұрын
Hi Mary, I soak the green coriander in a pot of water for 2 minutes to let all the grit get to the bottom then I drain it in a colander and I spread it on a clean tea towel and I only remove the very large stalk , and then let the tea towel soak up all the excess water then I cut it and put it in a plastic bag, it last for months in the freezer, just use fistfuls every time you need it 👌🏻👍🏻❤️

Beef was freely available in about half the states in India in the 1920s...to the 1990s. Now the Religion Fascist Hindutva BJP have used religion to divide and rule India . The Secular Republic of India.
