This Angolan food but you went to one of the most expensive restaurants in Luanda and they cook it in a different way. Just to look more fancy than the traditional way. You should go to Chicala or tia guida which are the very traditional places to eat really authentic Angolan foods

I was looking up “Luanda” under videos posted in the last week and was lucky to come across your channel. I’ve subscribed! I’ve never been to this country but you did a great job of showing the food and explaining the flavors. I’d love to try the food some day. I hope to see more authentic African food videos from you. I’m living in the USA and outside of Ethiopian and some North African (Moroccan and Egyptian) food we rarely see food from there.
