Amazing reaction man, watching you discovering Andre brought tears to my eyes. This guy influenced a hole generation here in Brazil and it was very painfull waking up to this death on that dark saturday. Thanks for that. I think you should check it out some Shaman live. Heavy Metal lost his Maestro. Pianist, orchestra maeatro, lyric singer, spoke 5 language. The guy was a genius. Created Viper at 14 and at 16 was already well known in the metal scene, left to finish his music studies, then co-created Angra and the band represents a generation in Brazil. Thought it wasnt enough and left the band to create another huge band: Shaman. Shaman's Ritual was one of the best album in Power Metal history. Everything the guy touched was a sucess. Luis Mariutti teared up the bass and Ricardo Confessori murdered the drums in this song, so good. Check out the album Holy Land and the other bands Andre was part of like Viper and Shaman. Andre was only 16 during his time in Viper but he was already great, listen to songs like A Cry From The Edge and Wings Of The Evil and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Kiko Loureiro was taught by Mozart Melo a incredible fusion/jazz/mpb guitar and pioneer on academic studies, in other hand andre matos really did a bachelor and was both maestro and piano erudit.

This is the masterpiece in my opinion. This music has a meaning in my life and the lyrics helped me to keep going, carry on and forgot the remais from my past. I had a strong depression and I even tried suicide. My psychologist and some songs such this one helped to understand myself and keep going! Thank you for this reaction. It made me cry because sometimes we forget about the feelings the music pass to us and you kinda reacted like the first time I heard this song! Thanks for that!

Best reaction I've seen to Angra and carry on! Am subbing man. I believe with Andre, Angra was incredible, next to perfection. Check out Shaman Ritualive concert 50fps. After Andre the bassist and drummer broke off from the guitarists who stayed with the band Angra, Shaman is considered the real Angra given Andre was the song writer and the heart of the band.

Really good my friend. Im my opnion the best brazilian band and one of the bests of the world. The guitarrist of this formation, is in the megadeth now.
