My theory, and I'm kinda surprised no one has thought of this, is that Dave got tired of arguing with Aramaru, since he never engaged with Dave in a real argument and instead decided to be a gigantic asshole (which to be fair makes Aramaru entertaining despite his doucheyness), and used a second account he named "Mr. Hater" to create an actual "equal" to argue with. The way Mr. Hater talks (being very similar to the way Dave talks), him being called Mr. Hater in the first place, it really feels like it's possible that Mr. Hater is Dave. Which makes this even more hilariously sad, and makes Dave seem more narcissistic and pathetic then he already is and just adds so many layers to this onion.
