At Audi if you sit down and have a coffee for whatever reason you get fit sales birds in stockings and sussies who feed lightly buttered kipper into your gob whilst you wait. As an ex Arnold Clark employee they are trained to be aggressive As an example we had to take a customers car keys to look at a part exchange and were not allowed to give them back unless we got a sale...or we would get a 'fine' on our commission. They literally own a training centre in Glasgow called gtc to teach you to be a nob
