ANGRY MAN THREATENS ME because his BABY was CRYING while I was helping Veterans
I have never encountered such an Angry Neighbor while trying to help with Overgrown Lawns. I was in the area and decided to surprise this family by stopping by to finish their yard. I stopped and knocked at the door but no one answers and I noticed the neighbors were having a large party.
After this, I unloaded the equipment and headed to the back yard and started cleaning it up. After the first couple stumps, my son noticed the Angry Husband next door walking towards me and he was extremely angry...

It’s unbelievable how jealous that man is. You are very respectful and would never do anything to provoke someone. If he continues to harass you, I would go down to the police station and ask if they could keep an eye on that neighborhood when you are working because of his behavior. You’re not only doing that family a favor working on the yard, but you are also improving the neighborhood.

I'm a veteran too, and can honestly say, I have NEVER gotten a handout from the government for anything. That angry karen and his wife are just miserable people and the only way they find any joy at all is by making others just as miserable. I'd see about filing a civil or criminal complaint against them also.

That Angry Karen & Husband are able bodied enough & could tear up stumps with their jaws. They can't dictate what you choose to do & for whom. If they had an iota of caring, they could have helped their neighbor & chose not to. Keep up the GOOD work you are doing!!! There are enough haters that complain when you help someone that they could have done the same for but ignored. Angry Ken complains about what you are doing claiming to be waking up their baby but says NOTHING about that LOUD party, which I could hear in the background. Erik, call the PD. He threatened you with a bat in front of your child. How dare angry Ken say anything about who you are helping or who is getting enough government handouts...obviously Ken & Karen have a hate on for their neighbor long before you coming to assist them.

You do jobs that you think are worthy candidates- your business your choice. They are just moaning about nothing- yes the noise is annoying but if don’t tip toe around when a child sleeping ( ie use washing machine use hoover) then child will go to sleep with or without noise. I would have a conversation with the police and ask them about your rights. And drop a line to the police that your concerns are about the veterans welfare. If the Karen's are this rude with you how are they treating the veteran ? I sure wouldn't help them after all their complaints!

How sad that people like him have no sense of caring about their community. Anger seems to be his only outlet for whatever is bothering him and it's not just the baby crying. You handled it quite well and actually a call to the police for his and his wife's harassment seems in order. Maybe a lesson in manners by a judge would be a solution for this family
