Did AC buying and entering the SNOSIDY house trigger some occult barrier magic installed by the band, unleashing the recent Buffalo "Snow City" Blizzard? Is that the REAL reason the 1st floor Guardian wouldn't allow access, to try and prevent disaster?!? Nah, probably not. Good lore, though.

End of December i started having drenching night sweats. Called my primary doctor who referred me to the ER worried that it could be endocarditis. Luckily everything towards that came back good, however thats when they caught that my segmented neutrophil was high, lymphocytes were low, and absolutely nuetrophils was low. Went to the oncologist and during the exam they found a lymph node in my left armpit that worried them, a lymph node in my left groin that worried them, and a small mass on my left testicle. "Welcome to season two..." You still need to finish season ONE! I've been excited to see the long-awaited drywall episode. You have plumbing, electricity, and a new water main; I'm glad things worked out for you in a pinch on that one. I feel like putting adding the drywall is the peak, and it's all downhill to the finish line from there. @El Bearsidente is right; you need basement Jesus. You need to put him on a keychain or wear him around your neck at each house. I'd say maybe light a candle...but it's a crackhouse.

Do you think he even noticed the zip-cuffs hanging on the wall behind him during his finale?

The answer to the vent could be that the guys who installed the ductwork for the return were trying to cheat on their inspection by pulling in some extra air. We've done it at a couple of jobs (under our boss's instruction)

I did that in a duplex years back because we were paying to heat the basement (which we didn't have access to) and our gas bill was insane. Cut our bill by 1/3 because most of the heat was going into non living space

That wasn’t just an MKE Best tin sign… that was an MKE Best Ice sign… a whole deeper level of dog urine. AC you are truly a glutton for punishment! I’m buying a couple shirts just so I can continue to laugh my ass off at your continued strife to improve houses nobody has cared for in forever. Keep it up! And can we request Angry Pops back for an episode or two??

The filthy crack house, the imminent carbon monoxide poisoning, the piss in the corner, the man yogurt stained jacket, I was fine with all of that. That rap song though, that made me feel ill. That was difficult to endure.

this is an excellent point. however, there is a chance that maybe the first few attempts at explaining, the student didn't have the ability to understand. we'll never know, but it happens.💗
