My old boss was in the Navy and he told me about one of his special forces buddies who had one of his houses lived in by squatters while he was away on duty. He gave them fair warning to get out by midnight when he got back. Since they didn't, he and a dozen 6ft marines stormed the house in full gear at about 4 in the morning. Apparently one of the squatters said they'd call the police. And the special forces troops just said "we're above the police". Absolute legendary story. Anyways, I hope if anything like that happens to you, you'll do something similar lol

Calvin W he's looking at re sheetrocking the entire place, replacing pipes, redoing foundation, all new flooring, a complete bathroom redo, probably running all new electrical wires, re trimming, new windows, new doors and framing. Of course a big dumpster to get rid of everything. Then all the inspections. He's looking at about 30 to 40k worth of work. Didn't see the roof so don't know about that, but water damage usually means a leaking roof. It depends what he paid also. If he wasn't joking when he said 20k was half what he paid, he's looking to in total spend about 80 to 90k total. If the neighborhood ain't to bad, based on how many rooms and what we can see, I'd expect a selling price of 130k. This is quit the risk though.
