So as a freshman in Highschool, I was on the cross country team. There where only three of us for the school, all first years, and I was the only woman. However, the three of us trained together. On one occasion, we had to play tag where I would be tagged first and never catch someone else without them letting me. They beat me in sprints, endurance, and speed every time. As a biological woman, I will NEVER win a physical competition against men. Full stop. Always being weaker than my male teammates made me feel so unmotivated because I knew I couldn’t compete on their level but I still had to. It was demoralizing and it sucked. If I were a woman who would’ve won an Olympic medal if not for a man competing with me, I would be beyond pissed.

It isn’t a “want” dude. Because it isn’t properly debated females have been forced to accept males in their sports. I rarely watch tv, let alone sports. I remember how dudes reacted to a female who had played soccer being a kicker (?) on a college or pro male football team. Her debut was a fail and the female bashing intensified considerably. “See, women can’t compete against men”. Yet the same men have not been publicly supporting girls and women against competing with males. If you had in decent numbers we wouldn’t be in this situation. I think it was in the 70s when a trans woman was trying to compete in women’s pro tennis. I can not remember how good or bad she was. But the huge outcry against it from both sexes nixed her career. This time around the supporters were armed, ready, and had gathered media and leftist support. Women and girls were, to me, backstabbed. If they said anything, they were bullied and “canceled”. An international famous gay female tennis player who had been active in LGBTQ who opposed trans women competing against females was “canceled”. The media censorship of any that oppose this is terrible. They act like a pack of dogs tearing apart a cat.

What's really driving me crazy is the fact that I have an attachment to the idea of having a daughter as a man and really pouring my heart out with true genuine feelings as a leading role in the important position of father in such a relationship. To a point I admire, get inspired, and truly appreciate those who become the best possible versions of themselves when they have all the odds stacked against them. When it comes to women, they do in-fact come with odds stacked against them as displayed in this highly debated topic. Generally speaking, with scientific facts as backup, women are at a physical disadvantage which is an undebatable negative aspect with the womanhood of humanity. With that being said, the idea that is most beautiful to me is seeing my daughter rise against all the possible odds life has to offer while maintaining dignity, honesty, integrity, and modesty. But what I observed over the last 6 years a has put a distaste in my mouth as society is painting womanhood like its some costume you can wear. Certain communities are behaving as if womanhood is some kind of lifestyle you can throw on like a perfectly knitted cardigan. Regardless of opinion, discrediting is never an option, especially not discrediting womanhood in the manner certain communities have been. While we can all agree that men have the general advantage, but we must also all acknowledge the fact that without women by our sides, whether it be for emotional support, picking berries in the olden days, or washing clothes and cooking dinner in the modern days, we would not be as evolved or supported as we are today. In conclusion, considering any child at this point in time is difficult as having a boy would also lead to the future issue of the modern day feminist which is all about people who hold radically sexist views against men. Being a parent is already difficult before being an actual parent.

This conversation is not absurd, you are just not fully informed on the topic. Most people are not fully informed on the topic because it is so new. I do not think we are going to see the disparity that you are claiming with a 6' 2" 275 lbs trans woman competing against a 5' 80lbs woman as more information is gathered and new standards are set. As time moves on and more information is available the standards are going to shift to include rigorous testing of hormone levels, bone density, etc. to ensure that competition is fair and equitable for all involved.

@@DL-vt2pj I mean we actually are pretty well informed. We already know scientifically that males development differently than females. We also know, even with HRT, that male biological development STILL happens even if you do HRT because you cannot change your biology. Your body WILL still produce testosterone. You can mitigate it, but it's still going to happen. There are many studies going back that prove without a doubt that medication alone RARELY supresses / reduces testosterone levels to female range. And considering testosterone is produced heavily in men during puberty and into there 30's, it's pretty clear that medication is NOT enough for the majority of trans women. In all the studies I found, only 1/4 at most would get their testosterone in feminine range, while the remaining had virtually no effect on testosterone production. Also, while I do agree you won't be seeing an 80lb woman vs a 275lb trans-woman, that doesn't negate hormone levels, bone density, muscle density that still varies even when matching weight class. The reality is we have understood human biology for a long time now. Men have a physiological advantage when it comes to body size.

The solution to this problem is simple: Have a Biological Women's category in Sport and an Open Category. Sport is not a right, it is a privilege. Having physical attributes in sport, that everyone else in the field cannot achieve physically, is in itself, an advantage. Women who spend most of their young life, training to achieve greatness in their respective sports are being disenfranchised by these arbitrary, and unfair rules. Women are losing top roster spots, scholarships, and are being branded trans-phobic for speaking out. It is not about being trans-phobic, it's about fairness.
@johncam84202 жыл бұрын
Yea, but women vote for this stuff all the time and are the most vocal about it, so I really dont care. Everywhere men stand to loose, they have lost in the past decade over this topic, so I do not understand why cant we let women take the L, especially when all the athletes have come out in agreement to take the L and they all agree with transgender women participating. The problem with not caring if a man dresses as a woman is they keep moving the goal post. Now a man can simply put on lipstick or a dress, and walk into women's bathrooms and showers. Shocker, he graped his cell mate. Shocker, she got in trouble for reporting it because their jail is "Inclusive". We also have men dressed as women at women's abuse centers. Women just want a safe place with other women who went through abuse. They can't even do that because there are men in dresses trying to counsel them. Slippery slope is an understatement. Did you know that p3dophiles are now saying that calling them p3dos is not OK? They even have a new name. They call themselves M.A.P.S. ... Minor Attracted Peoples. @crystalh4502 жыл бұрын
This is very consistent with the leftist thought process. I got into a disagreement on another channel about universal child care. In this case, you have men choosing to be transgendered and wanting women to accommodate them based on their choice. Similarly, on child care, you have people who have chosen to become parents wanting everyone else to accommodate them based on a choice they made. It is all well and good to be sympathetic toward single moms, etc... If you only look at that side of things (as with the transgender person's desire to feel included) then of course you will come to that conclusion. The problem is they aren't thinking about all of the people who will have to pay for that and be negatively affected, or things like pedophiles becoming government child care workers on the cheap. In this case, it is women getting seriously injured by trying to play a sport against what is essentially still a man, no matter what they choose to identify as. They can't see the bigger picture at all or see how it harms anyone but their chosen identity politics group and the sad part is that it does more harm than good and actually isn't virtuous at all. They are just taking away the consequences of someone's choices at the expense of others having to subsidize someone else's decisions.

"The constant thing ... “we don’t want to hurt their feelings. So let them play”" Exactly. They have not thought in simple game theory or simple strategy terms about this (i.e., the best way to win with feelings removed). He said it himself that he doesn't feel that people will abuse this loophole, but, in simple strategy, if there is a favorable method of winning that is supported by the rules, that allowed method will incentivize people to adapt, creating a new paradigm. People without conscience do indeed exist and will indeed take the "cheap" route with no thought of embarrassment or wrongdoing, and these current rules do indeed incentivize this immoral route to victory. In other words, people will transition not because they feel it as a mental necessity but because it allows them an express route to fame, sponsorship, social support, and wealth. Colleges and donors will fund scholarships to attract more trans-athletes than actually exist to appear more "diverse" while actually incentivizing people to transition so that those people can pay for higher education. For immoral countries on the Olympic stage, they will absolutely incentivize or force the transitions of their athletes in order to win gold medals for their country. This is the foot-in-door for the removal of women from their sports, all on a banner of the short-sighted pseudo-empathy of virtue-signalling.
