I think if this story instead was a Disney show and not a game, it would have still been pretty good. Disney has done good, only with stories that have no main Star Wars characters as a focal point, and tie into the main story. Once a largely loved character, or the main story line of the franchise get into a Disney story, then they sh!t the bed before filming even starts.

You literally get the double-bladed lightsaber by visiting one of the same frigging benches you find anywhere. You literally walk up to it, then boom, double-bladed lightsaber. The only character that is good loses its likability instantly cuz of a stupid-ass design choice. Literally, every time you open a chest the droid runs off your shoulder into the chest, and each and every single god damned time the MC yells out in surprise. EACH AND EVERY SINGLE GOD DAMNED TIME. There are 30 chests alone, on the first planet...

This game reminds me massively of Ratchet and clank, a lot of platforming, you’ve got a small robot companion, you start off as an engineer, really cool bosses, can jump to other planets and non linear level design.

21:00 sometimes instead of jumping once the double jump will activate automatically and you won't go as far as you have to go a distance and then double jump but I find that that can cause problems

With the ledge on dathomere (I forgot how to spell it) I kinda figured out that the game sorta makes you double jump off of the ledge (you can see yourself rolling as you jump) meaning that now you can't use your double jump when you need it to make it across, weird bug that's still in the game

There have been, on the other hand, lots of single player games that have tacked-on multiplayer. I don't need to exemplify; I think you could find plenty of examples if you looked on your own. Fallen Order falls into the category of not needing a multiplayer mode I think. Though that is not exactly what my comment says, it is what I mean.

The best games have no multiplayer and plenty of us gamers prefer single player narratives over competitive multiplayer, GoW (2018), Spider-man (PS4), plenty of RPGS, Zelda: BotW, a d basically any phenomenal masterpiece exclusives from Sony and Nintendo are great example of why single player games are amazing, this games only further validates my point as well! Not to also mention that games with an amazing single player story but also a tacked on multiplayer are usually only memorable and beloved for their narration not there meh multiplayer (examples of this are the Last of Us, the Uncharted games, Doom (2016), RDR2, etc.)!

It's not... with EA it's always an up and down, like the tides on the beach. From Ultima to Dungeon Keeper to Sims to SPORE to The Force Unleashed to Mass Effect to Dragon Age to this. One thing the game never explains which causes lots of sliding rage, is that if you stop pressing forwards on your controller/keyboard while sliding then Cal loses momentum and undershoots the jumps. One I realised this, i never had a problem with slide jumps again
