The biggest issue for me is the whole AI plot and logic. Harlan learning about wars from Atlas and suddenly decides to cleanse earth. and turns on mother without knowing her purpose. Then the fact that AI lost to humans when this whole turnover was private. Harlan could have infected the whole world, hacked the whole world without anyone knowing. And then he leaves to another planet. and does not produce a whole big society of AI or a whole world of all technology. All those years and he builds a small base that looks like a warehouse.

it sucked balls. I felt like i was watching someones therapy session .... it was just nauseating ... near the end when she was captured , she had 5 min of oxygen left she decided to start story time. And why the hell didnt they take a power cell from one of the other downed mechs when they gathered all the dogtags???? TITANFALL x Detroit Become Human vibes for me and maybe a little of Lost Planet (Capcom) The battle scenes were cool when she was dropping from the sky, felt like TitanFall. Lolipop scene made me laugh and where AI smith was torturing her with her broken leg, lol It's Jlo, so you know, "CRINGE" and funny moments. 5/10 for me. It was okay. Maybe making Mark Strong the main character would be different and more interesting and JLo is like an assistant. (my opinion though)

@@JohnnyLancast art is subjective people are allowed to try and fail. Lots of money gets spent on B movies…. 1)Some are successful others fail. The industry is a gamble and no one wants to lose money. J lo helped produce the film seems like she invested in herself. 2) consumers have options. They don’t have to watch sludge. They choose to watch. Theres enough good content no one is forced to watch this unless you are an actual critic.

The writers don't even try to explain how they can travel to the Andromeda Galaxy in a few hours/days, yet they can't detect weapons on the surface of the planet. They also decided to send a small force to take down a hostile AI that had more than 30 years to prepare for them.

It's not a complete train wreck.....It's not going to win any awards, but if you turn your brain off, and want a fun popcorn movie....This could fit the bill. One thing though....This is not Titan Fall. Yes it has similar mechs, but that's it....Don't go into it with that in your head.

I dont understand why there has to be a scale and acceptability when the Average Big screen movie Budget is Between 60 mil and 100 Mil. This movies Budget was 100 mil so they had no excuse with budget nor the actors. Netflix has the budget, the actors and experience to produce the same grade of movies as the Big screen and they have done so before, they just choose not to because Reasons.
