MARS makes some great sets, but it seems some of the figures were sculpted inconsistently, with small heads and bodies which you pointed out with a few of them. They seem to improving in the sculpting with some of their newer sets and am looking forward to seeing what they come out with next. Idk if I will get these two sets. Other makers like Conte and CTS have produced similar sets like these in much better quality sculpts. Maybe doing some conversions using other sets with these Mars sets, may produce some interesting figures. I might give that a go, just to have some variety of poses to display with. Thank you for sharing and keep up the nice reviews.

Its great Mars make new sets with better poses than say Airfix but not as good as Conte or TSSD. However, the proportions are bad in some. The Kneeling Panzerfaust and kneeling Sturmgewehr shooter are terrible.

The poses are interesting but they can't touch 1970s Airfix for anatomy.

Nice video. But what kind of plastic are they made from? Looks stiff,not soft. Do they break easy? The Mars figures seem to be selling well and are getting a lot of attention. My only problem with them is that the prices are a little high,and also I would categorize them as model soldiers rather than toys. But they do cover some unusual subjects like the Volksturm. One thing I would like to see them do,since nobody else is doing it,is to make a German motorcycle team with sidecar,or perhaps even a Kettenkraftrad (that was a motorcycle and sidecar with tank treads for rough terrain).
@Angrytroopershow3 жыл бұрын
They are made of medium soft plastic HDPE i think so. They are no easy to break gun barrels are thick. Yes I think they are expensive too. For that price you can get TSSD soldiers which quality is 100 Times better.
@headlessguy87333 жыл бұрын
They are not expensive at all compared to other brands and no, you cannot call these model soldiers, they are toy soldiers. They lack the detail and sculpting to be true models

Sorry the Mars mark in soldiers size is bigger than the airfix mark in 1/32 scale
