Anguish - we have a being in itself we create, but our for itself surpasses this, we can always surpass this Consciousness of freedom exists regardless if it turns out if psychological determinism existed (because focussing on phenomology). This freedom shows itself as anguish. Separation of past/present/future, but linked in that this separation will persist as future becomes present for example. Will use logic as a way to distract from freedom (anguish). Will use psychological determinism (explaining causes of our actions as foolproof) as well. Similar to the They. 'You should turn your shoulds into musts, otherwise you should all over yourself '

Do you have any plans on making a lecture on Lacan's and Wittgenstein's antiphilosophy? I think that would be a very interesting topic. I've read very interesting critiques from Lacan to Heidegger, philosophy and ontology.

I spent a good deal of time with Wittgenstein in grad school, and I think there are some interesting parallels (and clear differences) between his and Lacan’s respective approaches to language. I hope at some point to extend the scope of what I cover. If and once I move on to some “analytic” philosophers, Wittgenstein would be the first I’d turn to.

Dasein (German pronunciation: [ˈdaːzaɪn]) (sometimes spelled as Da-sein) is a German word meaning 'existence'. It is a fundamental concept in the existential philosophy of Martin Heidegger. Heidegger uses the expression Dasein to refer to the experience of being that is particular to human beings.
