It's nice to see any content for turbo fog but this list seems kinda bad. IMO Angus is a bad commander for this strategy. He can be interacted with with creature removal and usually not having a fog isn't the problem. In my bant fog deck I run derevi as the commander because derevi is kinda like unstoppable voltron commander that can also act as a maze ith and card advantage engine. I basically don't need other wincons and you have lots of space for other stuff. Ramp is also overrated. Fog costs one mana. You don't need to ramp into that. If you just hit your land drops then that should be enough (which you wont with just 35 lands). You could just play more lands including stuff like mikokoro, bounce lands, mdfc lands, channel lands, maze of ith etc. Lot of your card choices are questionable. Like why run moonmist but not moments peace?

I dont heavily focus on the commander, but having fog in the command zone is extremely strong and most commander die to removal it just depends how the table evaluates what's worth targeting and often Angus is not. I definitely agree ramp is unnecessary in this deck, it draws attention so infrequently you can often get away with just your land for turn, but I still think having those 3 ramp spells to pad out the early game is okay, thought I could definitely experiment with more outside the box lands like Mikokoro, I usually just stick with the fetch/shocks and some other commonly played lands. I think I mentioned moonmist just being a random fog I had sitting around that I never got around to replacing lol it could definitely be many better cards for sure
