Quill still been my favorite VR app at all time, the only medium that capable to create such a true emotionally connection between artists and audiences. Sadly, most of ppl dont even understand what i m talking about: )

Holy shit you are highly underrated, how long did this took you to make?

This is amazing! How did you make the effect where the brushstrokes on the boat sort of move up and down? It gives it so much life.

@@bouncycow3010 Hey thanks! This was made in VR with Quill which allows you to paint 3D geometry, spatially, over time. The combo of those things allows for wild results. Quill is also high performance so you can do all this crazy stuff in VR in real-time. And it’s super smooth.

@@mattschaeferdesign thanks! So do you mean you had to repaint the boat every frame and move the brushstrokes bit by bit?
@mattschaeferdesign3 ай бұрын
@@bouncycow3010 I set up a loop. I think this one is 2 sec loop at 24 frames per sec. Then just paint and it will capture the strokes over time. You can see it in action @2:53

@@mattschaeferdesign Hey matt, when you import that 3d brush animation to blender, how do you see it in blender timeline?
